Horrible experience. When you serve a customer who has specific requests nothing that requires who just respect. Took my kid for pretzels he asked for a frozen strawberry slush topped with regular lemonade slush. I paid and tipped. The manger Tristen who was serving me comes back with a strawberry lemonade on ice. I politely said "no sir I asked for a strawberry slush topped with regular lemonade slush" he walks to the strawberry slush and proceeds to fill the cup to the rim, the stopped him and said "sir and repeated my order" he ruedly turns to me and said "it don't matter it's the same thing" I said "sir it's not. When a customer orders a specific drink it's not the same" he reply's "well we can't please everyone" I said "I didn't ask you to please me I paid for a order and when you have an autistic child it matters what they want visually, so it all maybe lemonade, and it's nothing for you to do as I requested considering I'm paying for it. He continues to argue with me very rude very bad experience to be a manger this is unacceptable. As a parent with an autistic child life already has its complications but to insulted by this manger for such a simple request is heartbreaking. My son finally got his slushy the way he requested. As the logo says "Twist up your day" thankfully the manger Kristen will not...
Read moreJust came from the store around 8:30pm to buy 3 sweet almond pretzels and a cup of cinnamon bites and was charged $21.92 and didn’t get a receipt. I only got the 3 almond ones and swung right back around a minute later to ask if I had gotten charged for the cup since I didn’t get it. the two girls told me “no”. So I proceeded to buy another one which costs $5.89 (again no receipt) and just left. Did the math and the pretzels cost $4.39 x 3= $13.17 + 5.89= $19.06 plus a 15% tip which is 2.86 and comes out to exactly TWENTY ONE DOLLARS AND NINETY TWO CENTS. It was only $5.89 which is whatever but how is it fair? I understand it’s Black Friday and they were slammed but maybe give out receipts? I thought it...
Read moreMy wife and I went here this morning and arrived right at 11am when they are supposed to open. The doors were still locked so weighted and 11:10 still nothing. There was a guy and girl working but never even acknowledged us or said anything. I called only to be told they were running behind and wouldn’t open until 12pm. So, I guess they were just going to let people wait and not say anything. They could’ve at least stuck a note on the door. This terrible customer service. The girl on the phone was rude and didn’t even care. We drove 15-20 minutes to get some pretzels....
