I would first like to point out that this review is not directed towards this specific location, or any physical location. My review is for the poor customer service I received via online ordering. I placed an order to be delivered back on May 24th, 2024. I never received my order that day, and was told that my order would be delayed to be delivered the following week, as the 24th was a Friday, so next Monday. Fair enough. However, as I arrive to the delivery location Monday morning, I see the package was already delivered. I open the box to find all my icecream is lukewarm and a complete melted mess. I'm confused, and look online to see when my package was delivered. Turns out it was delivered on Friday, the 24th, but hours later and I never received a confirmation email from the delivery service or dipndots themselves. I even checked my emails throughout that day and over the weekend, but never received any updates. I emailed customer service explaining the problem, only to be told that there was nothing they could do. No refund, not even a replacement order. It was about $75-$80 worth of wasted icecream. This has severely soured my opinion on the company as a whole. I have searched where I could place a review for just online ordering, but cannot find an area, so I have resorted to this. Again, I have no issues with the physical location itself, this is for online ordering. I have had no issues with dipndots previously as this was my first time ordering online as well and I would have been ok with a refund or a replacement order.
