Abbys has raised their prices and lowered their customer service! Absolutely worst pizza experience I've ever had at any place, and the lead or manager whoever was running the show during the 6pm hour on 5/1/24 gets an F for FAIL. Called in 1 pizza as I started my commute home after a hard 10-hour work day and was told it'd be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes later and wasn't acknowledged or welcomed at the register when the employee finally came up. I paid, and they went searching for my pizza and couldn't find it. I was told later they ran out of printer paper and my order didn't print but in that moment was told "we lost your pizza, IDK what happened I'm not a cook." So they rushed another pizza as I waited with hardly a sorry. About 12 minutes later, the pizza came out, and I heard them say it was for me, but it had the wrong meat on it... So I brought it to their attention. At this point, I'm overly frustrated with the back to back mistakes (waited for two pizzas still didnt get one) with lack of customer service, or any effort to make it right. I told them I'd just take it if they credit me the original order, and he said sure, I'll credit goodnight. Apparently, he wasn't listening, so I laughed out of frustration and said, "What should i feed my family who's been waiting at home and coordinating side dishes?" Answer was we can remake you another pizza this is for someone else, we rushed the wrong order, even though I heard them clearly say my name and my order. So my pizza didn't even get started! People who called in a new order picked them up before I left, Just wow! No comp, no credit, an absolute I don't care fast food get them in and out mentality. But my process took an hour. I even saw him handle dough without washing his hands from the register, to prove to another frustrated customer that they received the correct thin crust pizza "its all thin" he holds it up, then tosses it onto the line as I wait for a 3rd pizza awkwardly out the counter and absolutely astonished an average pizza is over $40 now and this is how we...
Read moreMy dad was BEATEN unconscious at this Abby’s, and the staff stood by, did NOTHING to help, and even welcomed his attackers back inside.
If I could give Abby’s a zero-star rating, I would. I am absolutely horrified by the customer service and the complete lack of humanity displayed at this location. My 62-year-old father, a loyal Abby’s customer for years, placed a pickup order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When he arrived, a woman at the counter told him it would be another 7-minute wait. While he was waiting, he overheard the woman tell the manager that he had accidentally given his pizza away. The manager seemed confused and in denial.
When my father approached the counter to figure out what was going on, the manager accused him of lying and rudely asked if he even wanted a pizza. All my dad wanted was a simple apology and for his food to be remade promptly. Instead, things escalated when three intoxicated customers approached him, demanding that he leave the restaurant. My dad rightfully told them it was none of their business and that he would leave after receiving the pizza he had paid for.
What happened next is beyond unacceptable: these three men physically assaulted my father, dragging him into the parking lot, beating him until he lost consciousness, and leaving him bleeding. When he came to, disoriented and terrified, he called 911 and went back inside to wait for the police. The manager’s response? Telling my dad to leave because he was bleeding. No one at the restaurant called for help, no one checked to see if he was even alive after being knocked out, and those same men were welcomed right back into the restaurant as if nothing had happened.
I am appalled and disgusted. The behavior of the staff and other patrons was inhumane. If you value honesty, integrity, or basic decency, do not visit this location. This Abby’s has shown that it supports lying, refuses to take accountability, and allows violence against its loyal customers to happen without...
Read moreDined in, after ordering our food looked for a table, which there were plenty but all were dirty piled with pizza trays and glasses. Found one empty table in a corner that had nothing on it, but still needed wiping down. My friend went to the counter and they gave her a wet towel to clean it! There were at least 4 people back there, it would take them maybe 5,min to at least gather all the dishes and wipe down one row of tables. I don't get it! They might have had phone orders, but the counter wasn't busy or lined up with people. There was a mom and a little girl that sat at a dirty table and the little girl had to remove all the stuff off their table, my friend brought her the wet towel to wipe it off! There was not one clean table in that whole place. It took forever to get our food, one couple went to the counter and cancelled their order and walked out because it was taking so long. I don't know what was happening there, it looked like they had enough man power. I don't think I'll be going to that...
