Ediberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Grants Pass

The food was very distasteful. The carne asada combo plate we got the beans tasted like the where bad the rice was ok and the carne asada tacos no flavor n blah. The birria tocos where ok but they definitely put to much cheese in them that it over powered the meat or the consume. The fajita chicken plate chicken was ok veggies way over cook and beans also tasted as they where bad as in expired bad. Tortas de asada the bread was over cooked and the torta de carnitas the meat was very hard over cooked and dry. The drink they had in their cooler where barley cold for a total of almost $85.00 the food was disgusting and portions where small. Very very average Mexican food. The burrito wasn’t dry/overcooked. It just only had cheese, onion, asada(steak), fries, and pico. Really could use crema, or some kind of sauce in it.
