My husband and I first went when they opened the owner John is wonderful all the staff were great even tho it was slow great food professional service…. However I went back last week and I was so disappointed the new people Don seem to know what’s going on when I mentioned The owner John everyone there said they didn’t know who “John “ was… what really upset me is my family loves JM so we always order in the app I can’t remember 1 time that our order was correct there is always something it’s missing ingredients or have the wrong ingredients and I really don’t understand that since the sandwiches are right there in plain sight. The other great thing is how we used to constantly get a completely different sandwich… so to make a long story short we finally said something to staff and the manager sent us out free sub cards , now that would have been gray if only I didn’t have such a hard time using them I was told by the manager “Ricky Morano” that I had to pay the price of a regular sub for a mini sub because their system wasn’t set up to take the cards that way … now this was also told to me by Jensen Williams he is not the owner and knowing the owner John does not run his restaurant that way this story is much longer however I just wanted to give you an idea of how the store is running now it’s horrible service unfortunately and that really makes me sad because my husband and I grew up with JM being that we are from the east coast. My daughter unfortunately has not and she’s been fighting cancer she had never had a JM sub so this experience was horrible for her and the rest of my family I really hope things improve. JM subs are the best in town however they won’t last long here with the staff being so ignorant and unprofessional especially the staff that is supposed to be in leadership positions . I would love to discuss this further with the owner John. Thank you...
Read moreAlthough my sandwich was the best ive had in town we went in right before closing sat may 14th not seeing they closed at 9:00 pm we were asked to stay or go we opted for dine in they had to start the grill back up for my sandwich about 5 or so minutes after my wifes sandwich was done,i received my sandwich. Which was mildy bothersome but ok it was right before closing ive been in the service industry most of my life i understand labor costs etc. And just wanting your day done. BUT HERE IS MY COMPLAINT! we were asked to leave as they were closing the store. I in turn asked for a manager ( there was not one on duty ) i explained we just got in the store . We were told in not exact words oh well we are closing i voiced i have been in the service industry most of my life and found it highly unusual to ask a customer to leave . after i asked for a manager and voiced my discord. Me and my wife left the store. While getting into the car the young man came out and tried apologizing to us but as i voiced my displeasure about being asked to leave he said thats not our store way . It went from apology to argument. AND I QUOTE THIS IS NOT HOW WE DO IT AT JERSY MIKES!! in closing unless there customer service improves and the young man moves on or changes his tune good luck on keeping the buisness going and the customers happy. YOU CAN FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME ANYTIME ID BE GLAD TO DISCUSS THIS WITH THIS YOUNG MANS SUPERVISOR MANAGER OR OWNER ....!! RDK. I have talked to a manager and received coupons as promised we will see how the customer service is the next...
Read moreThis was just a really weird experience all together... i was the only one in line and patiently waited and had a huge group walk in behind me and when i gave my sandwhich order to them i was basically shoo'd away from the toppings area amd called directly over to the register to pay after being rushed by the girl asking about wanting it mikes way and i said just the oil and vinegar and wasnt asked about anything else. And then had to come back from the register to where she was dumping like two cups of olive oil straight over the sandwhich that was sitting in a pool of oil. And the same with the vinegar which just ran off. And then she started to wrap it and when i asked if i could have toppings she made the point of telling me how to order it next time so as to not be confusing to her. And once the sandwhich hit the bag it was sopping even through the sandwhich wrapper into the brown bag. I wasnt even comfortable at that point saying anything to anyone. Of course once you dump 2 cups of oil on something vinegar doesnt stick so it was literally an oil sandwhich. REALLY gross. Waste of 10 bucks. And not worth the awkwardness. Will go...
