Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Great Falls

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE from the moment we walked in. Championship basketball team just wanted to eat dinner and they kept trying to tell us we were at wrong Pizza Hut and tried sending us across town. Order had been called in and pizza's were in oven. CJ decided to stereotype these boys to other apparently disrespectful groups and telling the coaches OVER AND OVER they weren't going to put up with that and the boys were quietly waiting for their pizza. Coach said just let me know if they are and CJ wouldn't quit. One person told CJ he/she was being disrespectful so CJ told him to leave. When Coach told CJ he understood and they could leave then CJ kicked the whoke team out .Rude lady at counter started yelling called police on them for disturbing the peace in REALLY!! Horrible service we came in with our son's football team and we had to go up and ask for our food then the waitress was giving everyone around us their drinks but us and we were there before the team????then when I asked the waitress about it she just stated we only have 2 waitresses and we are behind I told her ok but can we at least get our drinks? And about 10 min later we FINALLY received our drinks honestly this is the worst service i have gotten in a long time by the time my son and his team were done eating we finally got our drinks and the tables where sticky the waitresses looked like she was high on something proble will not return and I will share this with other...

I have never had a good experience with Pizza Hut delivery. It's never on time and the people on the phone are always rude. The Pizza Hut in market place is the absolute worst. I will NEVER recommend them. I am sick and tired of having the worst customer service and yet they never do anything to try to fix their wrong doings. They just respond with rude statements like " well we are busy, so it happens." No it doesn't happen I am your customer and you should call to notify your customer if you are going to be 30 minutes past your quote time. I would not even give a star if that was an option.
