Hi there!
I'm writing because my wife and I just got back from ordering ice cream at your location and we were pretty disappointed with the poor customer service provided by the girl in charge. She was in an absolutely terrible mood and "shooed" the customers in front of us away, mid sentence, to ring us up. Also, when we ordered, they didn't ask if we wanted any mix-ins, if we wanted a cone, or anything... so we ended up leaving with plain ice cream with no cones... lost opportunity for a sale I would say as a long-time entrepreneur. Making matters worse, your employee gave my wife too much ice cream... not a complaint for us, but whoever runs the business should know that the employee gave her the next size up without taking time to measure the product: a big no-no in food service. AND she's passing this example on to the people she is in charge of.
Worst of all though, the girl in charge was just super grumpy. No smiles, rolled her eyes at a little girl who ordered a funnel cake, and openly talked about how sweaty her arms/armpits are. Apparently she was mad that she'd have to take extra time to make the little sweetheart's dish since they didn't have any funnel cake readily available. She also gave her trainee "advice" about how to wipe the sweat all over her face so it doesn't "drip in the ice cream"... in front of customers! We felt totally unhygienic eating there and, to be honest, I didn't even finish my ice cream. When we tipped and said "thanks" to brighten up her mood, the girl rolled her eyes and said "yeah, whatever. Next!!!" We are also under the impression that employees sing a pleasant little song when people tip... my friends in high school worked there and made up all kinds of great songs back in the day... it was part of the reason we kept coming back! We often tip just to hear the song, big bummer that they didn't give us the time of day.
I've gone to coldstone in Greeley for years and have always kept coming back because of the clean environment, friendly service, and helpful employee suggestions. Now, when we want ice cream, we'll just go to King Soopers because at least we know we won't get negative attitude or sweat in our food. It's a bummer to see how far downhill you've gone in the past few years.
Thanks,

Read moreI had to add a star to be able to comment otherwise it's not even worth a half. HORRIBLE I called and tried to order a cake for OVER a month for my son's birthday. I looked online to order it but it did not have the option I was looking for. I know they have a peanut butter cake, he has seen it on commercials. Called and called for over a month to place the order because the option is not available online, NO answer. I finally got someone to answer and she said "order online," as I was telling her that it don't have the option, and asked if they do that kind of cake she said "yes," I asked her if I can just order with her, and she just hung up. I tried and tried to get someone to answer but no answer. My son has wanted to try this place for along time. Guess we will not be having Stone Cold EVER. I called Dairy Queen and had the cake in five mins. DONE. Thank God for businesses that do want to work and make money. And I KNOW they are good and fair in price. NOTHING special about this place. No wonder why Dairy Queen has been around a lot longer and still smashing. Thank u for not letting me waist my money. Somethings u just stick with the classics not the runner up. 😊 Sad day for u cause we do ice cream cakes for every occasion. Sticking to the best,...
Read moreThis establishment leaves a little bit to be desired even though the two young men behind the counter were perfectly professional in their demeanor, the young lady in braids was not. She came to work shortly after my wife and myself had ordered two large smoothies. While she was busy helping the customer behind us, I received our order and paid the young man who'd been working on our order. As I started to step away from the counter she asked if we just had ordered the two smoothies. I replied yes and stated that I'd also paid for them as well. She stated, " I don't think so" and turned toward where both young men were standing. I said I don't care what you think and pointed out the young man I paid, at the same time that both of them informed her that I had paid pointing out the money including a tip which was there on the counter in front of her. This is the same young lady who just one week prior told my wife and I that the blender wasn't working and they were too busy to make us smoothies. She is in serious need of customer...
