Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in Green Bay

I had a very unfortunate situation happen to me. I accidentally left my purse hanging from my chair when I stopped to eat on my way out of town for work. I called the gas station connected to the restaurant as soon as I noticed. Well unfortunately money had already been stolen from my purse (my own fault for forgetting my purse) I sent my brother to the restaurant to get my purse for me as I was unfortunately 4 hours away at work. He is an officer so he got the phone numbers for the owner and manager for me to get in contact with them to see if they would be able to assist me with looking at camera footage to see if there was any hope for getting my money back or finding out who may have stolen it. Well I contacted Bridget (the owner) who was nothing but rude and accusing me of never having money in my purse and telling me how she fully trusts her employees, mind you I NEVER accused her employees as I was just grateful my purse was even returned to me. Do not go here. I don't even know where to start. I knew it was going to be bad when the lady didnt even know how to make a cup of mac and cheese. I placed an online order that took 30 minutes longer than the pickup time with no other customers waiting. One of the workers was on FaceTime using her phone while making the sandwiches which is disgusting. I finally got my food again 30 minutes past my pickup time because they thought my order was under somebody else's name! Literally the worst Erbs I have ever eaten. This location is by far the worst as far as customer service and food goes. I am not sure why we go back, I guess maybe just hoping it gets better. We have shared feedback and no one cares, nothing changes. The chicken dumpling has always been a favorite and our go to when not feeling well, the last year or so it’s been watery every time.
