Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Green Bay

So not a damnation of all locations but, we showed up (4 of us) ready to order. When ordering we find out they are out of wraps, one of the sandwiches doesn't come in the small that the website said it came in, and they're out of the broccoli cheddar soup l. We order anyway. Move to eating 1st: myself, the bacon grilled cheese that I ordered didn't have the dipping sauce it was supposed to come with, the bacon was cheap microwave status, the tomato was as weak as I've ever seen, the avocado was hard, and the rest meh. 2nd: everyone else, agreements on their avocado and generally not impressed with quality. I was missing Schlotzsky's Sandwich for over 11 years. Last time I had Schlotzsky's in 2009. When I was living in Atlanta. First time I tried it in Chicago in 1999. Since I live in Chicago now and they don't have any restaurants in Chicagoland. We drove to Wisconsin 3 hours one way to satisfy my entire family. Hopefully they will come back to Chicagoland soon. 3 hours trip was worth it to have such a wonderful Sandwich. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. Didn’t get the chips we added to the order Someone ordered soup that they ended up not having and instead of calling to let us know and giving us the option to pick something else or nothing they just replaced it with a different soup. I called about the soup mistake and that is when they advised they didn’t have the one we wanted. Didn’t offer anything until I asked what they were going to do about it - they will send him a card for a free soup or sandwich… doesn’t help him now.
