I went inside to place an order for five sandwiches and coffee they were not busy three cars at the drive-up window and no one inside at least three employees working maybe more and the one fella looked at me and walked up to the counter where I was standing and I said I like to place an order and he says you got to use the machine I said I don't play around with machines you're not that busy I can I just give you the order no you must use the machine I told him what he could do with his machine and he lost the customer which I used to stop there all the time before the pandemic. Now this is service: I have a regular Dunkin Donuts spot on Route 22 and they know me by my order and I have done On the Go Mobile Ordering multiple times. So there is a TON of traffic on my way to work and the roads are slammed. On the side of the road, as I'm coming close to the Dunkin, the lady owner is on the side of the road.
