DO NOT EAT HERE. I just had the worst experience at any restaurant ever. I will never be returning to this freddy's again, and probably no other freddy's either. I placed a mobile order at 8:00 saying it would be ready by 8:20. We arrived at about 8:20 and when we went inside to get our order the doors were locked. They saw us trying to get in but did not let us in. So we got into our car and drove through the drive through where we waited about 10 minutes at the speaker before someone came on to help us. I notified them that I had a carry out order and that the doors were locked and the responded in a very unprofessional manner. They told me to pull around in the drive through and when i started to go the said and i quote "wait actually go ahead and come pick it up inside someone will go unlock the doors now". So we did, since we already paid for this at 8:00. We went inside and we waited again another 10 minutes before being acknowledged even though they knew we were coming in for a carry out. Once someone did come over to help us, they started to go through a bag of food placed slightly behind the counter but not in the mobile pick up area. They opened the bag, grabbed our food with their hands and opened our burgers to check if the customization were correct by picking the buns off the burgers with their hands. They then handed us a ripped and greasy bag with our food at about 8:45. 45 minutes after we ordered and 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. We had a milkshake the was completely melted. Our fries were cold and stale and our burgers were very burnt and also cold. Not only that but they were a complete mess. The bottom bun on my burger was ripped in half completely so there was no picking it up. Being the price it is, I have never been so disappointed. Nearly $30 wasted, 40 minutes of our time wasted, and yet no dinner to come out of it. Being that I just got off a long shift at work, I am even more upset about this outcome. Read moreWish I could review the food. My wife and I went there for the first time through the drive thru about 8pm Saturday October 26th 2024. We greeted with a rushed "you can go ahead" as someone who has worked the food industry my entire work career, okay cool but the store was not busy. We attempted to order a burger and asked what was on it, she replied and listed the vegetables. We replied "any condiments?" To which she replied "mustard." We asked for no mustard. During this entire conversation she kept asking if fries were okay as the side, which we were going to sub with onion rings. I began feeling disrespected by the interaction but contained and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I asked what came on that she rudely stated "spicy sauce and pickles" in a tone that felt condescending as if I was asking a stupid question. This ultimately angered me as the entire customer service had been rude until this point. I told her "nevermind you can cancel the order." I don't expect a lot out of fast food, but I've worked it and provide a lot of grace. However this customer service was disrespectful. We went across the street to burger king where we received kind and quality customer service. I made sure to let the BK crew know we appreciated their kindness and customer service. Point of the story is, the employee at your store needs more training or a job where she is a better fit. Read moreI went to my first Freddy's in Colorado, and loved it! I didn't realize there was a local restaurant, so wanted to have a similar experience when I found one. Our experience went from bad to worse right from the beginning. We ordered a combo meal, but the cashier rang up the order for over $2 more per meal then what the menu stated! When I asked why it wasn't the pricing on the menu board, all I got was "that price is wrong". No explanation or any effort to make it right! Then they proceeded to screw up both of our orders, placing items on our food that we clearly did not order! There were no condiments available (and it was like pulling teeth to ask for anything). The worse part, there were only a hand full of customers in the place. They had zero napkins, or so we were told. They gave us paper towels from the restroom! The napkins showed up after the ex manager came in to visit, whom created a huge disruption in our dining experience (loud obnoxious, non compliant). I would think an ex manager would know the rules regarding facial coverings, yet she was allowed in (and served) by this staff without a word about not wearing one! I guess that is standard practice, since only 50% of the staff knew how to properly wear them anyway. The food was average at best (after removing the unwanted items), the customer service was poor, the dining expertise was terrible ... and way over priced!
