I know how busy it gets during the holiday season, and I had been frequenting this Hardee's location for years, I assure you that won't be the case going forward. Its almost a local joke about how slow the drive thru is here in town when it comes to picking up dinner at this location, (breakfast literally 1000 thousand times better) personifying the joke about it being the difference between night and day with this location; I just came off a long 10 hour day and really didn't want to deal with sitting in the cold for 20 plus minutes while they fiddled about making my order, so thinking I might be clever, I ordered online. Now the other part of this being one member of my family has a rare allergy and so being able to specify dietary needs with the convenience of the app, was a huge plus as well, I literally hate being that person in drive thru that has to specify food allergies, so putting in my order for pickup should have solved both problems. I live maybe 5 minutes away from this location and work right around the corner from it, so I hung out till the appointed time, and drove over to pick up my order, via the app it specifies either come in or go through drive thru, so I figured I'll just pop in, pick up the order and be home in no time; first problem the doors to the dinning room were locked at 820pm at night, when the signs specifically stated it being open until 9pm, ok minor inconvenience but not earth shattering. I understand things happen, so on to the drive thru line, where I spend the next 30 minutes waiting for them to get my order "ready", that was supposed to have been ready at 820pm. Understand I won't get into the details but the lady who was managing drive thru had the potential to at least tell me they had been busy or offer some form of apology over the wait, but did neither and honestly made it a worse experience with her attitude. So the app having me wait for a "ready time" is now completely moot, but fine again things happen. Like I said I live 5 minutes from home so not ideal but there's worse things to wait through right, but when I get home, some of the food is cold, and the specifics to ensure no allergic reactions have been blatantly ignored. At this point I won't lie, I had had enough, I'm a calm person it takes a lot to rattle me, but when I wait a grand total of 45 minutes for partially cold, wrong food, in attempt to avoid things like this, I just can't. Sadly this isn't the first time I have endured an issue with this location for dinner, so going forward I won't recommend this location nor will I be returning; I honestly can't understand why this location continues to run its dinner shift in such a blazingly bad way, or how its acceptable, but as appears nothing is going to change, why continue to be a...
Read moreToday was the worst drive through experience I have ever had in my life. I arrived at the menu board and placed my order and was directed to pull ahead. I paid for my food and received my drink and was told the food would be out shortly. Eighteen minutes later I finally had enough and went inside to find out why it was taking so long to make a burger and fries. The crew was mostly standing around and when I asked about my order I was immediately met with lame excuses about how busy the place was. There were 12 people inside the restaurant and nobody was in line when I was at the drive thru window. Even the general manager did nothing but make excuses. There was no apology for taking longer than reasonable time, just a bunch of BS. When I finally got my food I was walking toward the door and I immediately turned around and went back to the counter because they gave me the wrong food. Again, there were no apologies, just more complaining about how busy they were. The guy in front of me in the drive through ended up going in and got his money back because of the extended wait. The work ethic with this restaurant crew is clearly missing even up to the manager position. It is not worth the time, effort, and/or money to go to this Hardee's because they simply don't care about...
Read moreThis morning my son and I walked to order our food like we do every Saturday. We overheard the manager belittling Ms. Judy. I literally only know this woman from going in on Saturdays. Ms. Judy knows our order and many others as soon as we walk in the door. From what the conversation sounded, other workers are not doing their jobs leaving up to the first shift to get the work done. Then the first shift is reprimanded for not having everything done. Have respect for your employees, pull them into the office and close the door. It's highly disrespectful to the employee and customers for management to have any form of work related conversation in the open, when it deals with this type of issue. Ms. Judy is part of the reason many people go there, her personality gives a happy morning smile. Corporate needs to step in, if this is how management treats...
