The male owner of this company is so unprofessional, I purchased a box of tea and in the process of purchasing the tea, he came onto me and asked me to send inappropriate pictures, he even sent demanding text messages asking for these pictures. Your suppose to be selling tea not demanding inappropriate pictures I asked for a refund back because I didn't like the tea and had to trash the tea... Well it's been about week now and I have yet to reemy refund. This is how this owner talk to customers........ I'm meeting him at 5pm to give him his phone. I didn't know he had a crazy ex.... I have to give this company a 5 star, because of their Awesome Customer Service, before I received my order, one of my items was damaged, evidently Kimbees was made aware and immediately hand delivered a replacement, which I received before the original order was delivered. I think that is Awesome, not having to go through contacting the company and waiting for a replacement item saved me time and energy. Loved that. Almost 2 weeks after I placed my order I still had not received a shipping notice. I reached out to the company to see if maybe it had shipped but not updated. Within 24 hrs they responded to my email and said my order would be hand delivered the next day. I live an hour and a half away from them so I figured maybe they had someone close by that sold the products. No, they drove all the way here to my door to deliver my order. This is a great company with great products and I will order again from them. Keep up...
