Do you have kids? If not, enjoy while you can, lol. So, I had just left High Point handling business and was headed back to Greensboro. On the way to High Point, he says he’s hungry. So I anticipated my errand to only be 15 minutes and it ended up being 35 minutes. Is anyone bad at leaving places? Like, feel a type of way for having to say “bye” and leaving. Idk. It’s always been a little awkward. But anyway, once in the car, my kid says something along the lines of: “it’s okay stomach. You’ll get some food soon”… Yall... -insert laughing emoji- He’s 9 and he has jokes! The next stop was to take him to get a haircut. In conversation, he said he’s working on his patience… but I know him. He’s gonna get cranky and whiny. To avoid all that and maintain some piece of mind for myself… we arrived at McDonalds lol. It was around 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. I got him a six piece nugget happy meal with fries, apples, and a chocolate milk. I used to McDonald’s app to place a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot. One of the deals in the app was free large fries with a purchase of $1 or more. If you don’t know, using the app to place mobile orders, you not only avoid having to tell someone your order and get aggravated when you have to repeat it, but you also earn points that you can redeem for free food!! Downside is you can’t redeem a deal and use rewards points in the same order… Thus I made a separate order to use my points and got a large mocha frappe because I was feeling really exhausted and thought it would be a good pick me up. After placing the order, checking in and choosing takeout via the app, I went inside. The food was not quite ready yet. However, I was not waiting for very long. My fries were hot, but after eating was unsure if they were fresh. I enjoyed my frappe as it was delicious… However, maybe no so much later on that day… IYKYK 😂 My son ate his food, so I assume he enjoyed it... But then again, he’s 9 and likes McDonald’s, so I am unsure if he would even complain, lol. He don’t get to get out all the time… #WeGotFoodAtHome, lol. The staff was friendly and have no major complaints. I’ve been here before and I’m sure I’ll end up here again.

Okay so first of all we get our drinks all of rhe soda taste like carbonated water so I just get sweet tea bur my friend wanted soda so ahe goes to the counter ask id she can get sum from the back since the ones in the lobby was all bad they was really rude and mad about her asking after waiting for about 3 minutes at rhe counter one of the ladies come back and day all the drinks like that. But they continued to take peoples money without telling them abour the drink fountain and several people had to go pour there's out to get water or sweet tea while I was there. All the people behind the counter was rude turning there noses up because we spoke up. Now on to the other 2 thing I got a triple cheeseburger and it was so dry I had to go up front just to get sauce and my Mcchicken I added tomatoe bacon and cheese as u can see its a crumbled up piece of bacon when I have to pay a ctra $1 I expect it to be the correct about its going to be on the recipt. Now the last problem I had was nats was everywhere in this place I had babies with me I shoupdnt have to worry about swatting at our food scared nats is going to land on it. I do not recommend this place at all

The big back manger with the little pony tail in the back is extremely rude. If you don’t like what you do, find a new job! I checked in when I got there and was told my food wasn’t ready yet! A bag was placed behind the counter and nothing was said. (It’s packed inside too) so we all see the bag. After 10 minutes I ask if my food was almost done as it was a simple order and I was handed the bag that had been sitting for 10 minutes. I then said that had been there for 10 minutes and the food is cold. She comes to the front “who places a mobile order if they not here” I explained when I came inside I told my order # and was told it wasn’t ready. And no once called my number. She proceeds to be unprofessional. It’s not nobody fault you are your age and having to work in that environment with a nasty attitude. Do everyone a favor and quit so the high schoolers can get some experience!!

I only give it 2 stars because the staff seem to be friendly. While waiting in line to pay my food through the drive-thru I noticed that they didn't have gloves handing out change. So my thought was they must be sanitizing their hands in between customers. After paying for my food with my card she handed back my card. I sanitize it with wipes just in case. While doing so I stuck they're long enough to notice she didn't even sanitize her hands or wash her hands. She just went back to picking at her fingernails. After pulling up the next window I let them know about the situation told them they need to make sure that they are washing there hand between customers and sanitizing. That's going to be the cheapest way but still efficient or change gloves in between customers. I do believe fast food needs to have Hazard pay but I also believe that anybody that is essential worker including me needs Hazard pay I don't receive Hazard pay but I still put my life on the line to go to work everyday. Plus you got states where workers in the fast-food industry want $15 an hour which makes me laugh a little bit because they can't even get orders right if you want more than minimum wage than you need to make sure that your orders are up to 100% satisfaction. If you can't do that then network with people and get a better job. I was working at 7-Eleven before I got my current job living pay check to pay check. Plus working 7 days a week working 2 different 7-Elevens. I was networking with all kinds of people till I finally found a big boss at the company I work at now. Now I make $20 an hour. If I can do...

I would leave negative stars if I could. I placed a breakfast order well before 10:30 am. I arrived at the store a bit after 10:30 and they told me my order was canceled because it wasn't breakfast time anymore. I told them I placed the order well before 10:30 and she literally said "well that doesn't matter because we don't have it" I did not get a notification, call, or email telling me it was canceled. So I received no food because I was not going to repay for something when the money isn't automatically returned. I also had an incident about a week ago. I ordered online, got there TWENTY FIVE minutes after ordering and the restaurant was a mess. Workers running around and being rude to everyone. Dropping food and expecting us to just pick up up and take it. The young Hispanic girl that was taking orders was extremely rude and mouthy. I waited over an hour to get my food after getting there 25 minutes after ordering. I asked about it 3 times and they kept telling me they did not see it, and walking away. Not looking at my order number or my actual order until the customers behind me started getting rowdy because they had all been waiting too. I'm not sure if this place is under new management, but they need help. And people who at least act like they want to be there. I understand being busy. But I have worked in the food industry for 20 years, and I've had to run a McDonald's and other fast food with 2 to 5 employees total. And we still were able to get it done and not treat people horribly. This store needs a corporate step in and a...
