I don't even know where to start. To sum it up in two words, ridiculous nightmare. I stopped by Wendy's on 24 December 2021 to "grab a quick bite" after a 10 hour shift and last minute Christmas errands. I sat in a n unmoving line for 15 minutes arguing with myself if I should just pull out of line. I decided not to and, after another 5 minutes, made it to the speaker. I gave one of my two orders, 4 times, to some guy who could not understand me. Then he yells a total at me. I tell him that my order is not complete. I hear "oh, yeah. What else?" Deep breath. I pull around to the window. Some dude looks at me like I am totally ruining his life and snaps "Did you place an order at the speaker?". Well, yeah, there's a line the length of the parking lot. It would be kind of hard to bypass the speaker. Then, out of nowhere, like an alien tentacle, an arm comes out of the window and a voice repeats the total I was given. I pay and have to confirm my order. After another 5 minutes, my order appears, delivered by the same disembodied arm. Minus the 2nd order. I have to explain that I have a 2nd order and, incidentally, paid for a 2nd order. Then the first guy reappears (the guy that thinks I bypassed the speaker) with the 2nd order. I take it and LEAVE. I stop in the shopping center parking lot to check the order. Essentially, the order is correct but I asked for a burger with no lettuce and no onion, it had both. The 2nd order was for a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was so dried out, it was a deep brown like it had been fried. It was cold, rubbery, and old. No napkins, no straws, no condiments. There were 5 employees standing in this little drive in window. And this was MY experience. I can only imagine what the people in front of me or the people behind me experienced. Read moreThis place needs to get there act together. I have never had a good visit to this particular location. It is never really crowded when I visit so I don't understand why it takes longer than 10 minutes to get my order. The last visit I could see that the manager was struggling to get her crew to function. The girl at the register either was new or didn't know how to do her job but I had to give her an order and then she would walk away to help someone else that had already ordered and come back so it took over 5 minutes to get my order in. I watched as the chaos run a muck and I felt really bad for the manager. I am not talking or looking down on people that work in fast food because I have been there. They have a job to do and I can't get the food I want without them so they are important. But, these people want $15 minimum wage and they can't get me out the door before 10 minutes and they are always missing something on the order. Read moreWaited over 25 minutes in the drive thru just to get part of my order wrong. Other people in line waited so long they eventually just left. No sauces no toppings no straws no forks no spoons for the chili frosty and cinnabons we ordered on top of our meals. I asked for these thing’s multiple times and still didn't get everything. Was told they didn't have the chocolate frosty that I had ordered and they said they had berry and vanilla. I told them vanilla was fine only to get handed a berry frosty. Apparently they didn't have vanilla either. The lady in the drive thru was nice though and did eventually fix everything and give me everything. When I had to ask her for straws once again for our drinks I heard another lady in the back ground saying “whats the hold up this time cause its not us” umm mam it is 110% in fact yall. Yall are the hold up. If you are looking for something quick don’t bother coming here. Its like this every time I come. If you don’t mind waiting then be my guest.
