Went to chipotle for dinner. No one in line, Manager Branden took my order. I had two orders to go both burrito bowls my first order had white rice, black beans, chicken lettuce cheese queso. When he gave me the white rice, they were low on white rice so he scooped what was left and put it in the bowl and didn’t ask or offer me more rice. He continued moving over to the black bean side. I asked him for more rice and he seemed very irritated inside and rolled his eyes because I wanted more than a single scoop of rice when I can see a complete bottom empty bowl with literally what is considered a leftover grains of rice from the spoon and thinks that that’s OK as a manager to serve to a customer for a $15 bowl is absolutely ridiculous. Once he finished making the ball he asked if I had anything else and I said yes, that’s it for that bowl and then he proceeded to say ““ well how many more do you have with attitude. I told him I have one more ball. I went to make my second bowl that consisted of white rice, double chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, and sour cream. Branden then proceeded to tell me that he’s out of white rice and that I had to wait that’s fine once I waited for the white rice to cook. He then proceeded to make my bowl with again a single scoop of white rice that doesn’t fill the bottom of the bowl. I asked him for extra rice and he then proceeded again with attitude. He gypped me on every single free item that Chipotle offers, I am a customer that eats chipotle five out of seven days a week. I have the screenshots of my Bank Account to prove it as a manager and as someone who used to work at Chipotle back in 2021 This is absolutely not any way to treat a customer especially for someone who is a regular rice is free. Beans is free. Corn is free lettuce is free. Pico is free. Sour cream is free. Everything is free except for extra protein queso and guac. I ordered my food at 8:16 PM at the Greenville location. It wasn’t around closing time and there was absolutely no one in the store. I was the only one in line there was absolutely no reason for him to treat me like that and act like it was an inconvenience for him to make my food as a manager in a leadership position, this is unacceptable. He didn’t say have a good day. He didn’t talk to me in a respectable manner he rolled his eyes he side, and he rolled his shoulders on anything that I asked him to do or make. I knew he was a manager because of the college shirt that he was wearing, and I asked the person at checkout what his name was, and they went and proceeded to tell me that that is my manager, Brandon.
I was not rude. I didn’t come in with attitude. I didn’t come in commanding things. I walked in with a good attitude because I was having a very good day and just wanted chipotle for dinner for my family. I didn’t speak to him in a disrespectful manner I don’t understand why Branden thought that this was acceptable. I don’t know Branden‘s last name, but he is Hispanic with black hair and he was closing tonight. Chipotle, I hope that you do something to resolve this manner as this was completely unacceptable and as a manager in a leadership position for another company, I would never treat customers like this as I understand. Customer service is very important for business.
Manager Brandon If you’re reading this, I hope that in the future, you do not do this to other customers and understand the importance of customer service, even if you are having a bad day, the way that you act in the way that you speak to others reflect heavily on those who work under you and that have...
Read moreWent in tonight to get dinner for my husband myself and our son and noticed the crowd immediately. We decided to get it to go instead of eating there as there was nowhere to sit. We all ordered burrito bowls and had to ask for them to put more in the bowl for almost everything. Portion sizes they were giving out looked like something on a kids menu. If I’m paying $11 for a burrito bowl at least put enough rice in it to cover the bottom and a decent amount of meat. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience that we wanted our moneys worth. Then wanted to charge for double when we didn’t order double the meat just wanted more than half a scoop of meat. We were rushed the entire time and then the manager decided to speak to the employee in Spanish not realizing we understood exactly what she was saying. Lousy manager to talk bad about customers right infront of their faces thinking they won’t understand her. We will never go back to this location and will make the drive to Rockwall for better customer service and correct...
Read moreI love this place! I was very saddened by the service I got. The lady did not smile and you could tell she did not want to be there. She had been cleaning with her gloves on and then came to take my order. I asked her politely to please change her gloves. She rolled her eyes, threw her gloves in the trash and then put new ones on. She threw everything together and put way too much on my burrito. Over did it on the sour cream. I had asked for light and when she put way to much on. I asked if she could scrap some off. She said no. I said fine, she could tell I waa not too happy. She rolled my burrito up super tight, it popped in half by the time I had got home. I asked for chips and salsa. She threw the chips on the counter and walked away. I guess next time I will drive to Rockwall to go to Freebirds. I always feel welcomed there and they take their time...
