Wendy's — Restaurant in Greenville

Do NOT GO HERE! Where to start? The sweet tea had chocolate shake (aka Frosty) in it. Gross. ALL the food was cold and gross once I finally got it home. The order (about $60) was wrong--at first they overcharged for a meal, not the single burger; they can never hear anybody's orders, requiring multiple repeats (but ordering via the app doesn't work, either--tried that too); they would not give me a receipt, as requested; they gave me the wrong size drinks (smaller) and one drink was incorrect (then they looked bemused when I asked for the right one).

The entire ordeal took over 40 minutes: There were only two cars in front of me when I arrived. I agree: I had an order for five people, but had no customization, so did not believe it would be that difficult. At first, they gave me one person's meal--then I waited at least 6 minutes for the rest of the (often incorrect) order to come out, piecemeal (lame pun intended), which partially explains the cold, icky temperature of this inedible food.

Having finally got the order, I pulled up and checked. That's when I realized it was still wrong and had to go into the "restaurant" to get the remaining items. Despite using a heated seat and living about 3 minutes away, we all had to reheat this food--and it was still disgusting. What a total waste of money and time. Wish I had the hour back...

Monday-Friday-this place is absolutely Fantastic. On the weekends??? It's horrible & it's been this way for a few years. Last year, I remember I ordered from here at about 9:30 in the morning-& I wanted the Croissant.... So I asked for it by number. The individual that took my order--in her attempt to confirm it says "So, you want a Baconator". ...... & other times I'd visit on the weekend they'd get the order wrong. Fast forward to today--I hesitantly ordered through Door Dash-thinking, it would be different. I ordered 2 sausage egg & swiss croissants & another croissant without the swiss sauce. I received a sausage, egg & cheese on a hamburger bun & 2 hard sausage biscuits. When the wonderful Door Dasher arrived she started that there was only 1 person working. This seems to happen A LOT at this location & while I understand working in fast food is not most people's first choice--there seems to be a problem with working at THIS fast food establishment. Bojangles across the street always has ample amount of employees there, same with Burger King, also within the save vicinity, McDonald's & other places. Something here needs to change.

Anyway, absolutely horrible experience 1/10...

Worst experience ever! We waited almost 3 minutes before we saw anyone behind the counter. We had a coupon for 2 small chicken sandwich combos for $12. He charged us $14.12 and could not explain why it as $14.12 . His hair was hanging down in his eyes so I’m not sure he could read the register. We were dining in and our food was put in bags. The soda machine drain was full of soda just churning in the bottom. There were ketchup pumps full in the lobby but no cups for it. Our sandwiches were supposed to have Mayo on the side and came with mayonnaise. It had one tiny pc of lettuce and a tiny tomato. He did not bring me the correct sandwich, I had to go back up front to get it. Most of the tables were filthy. They were not busy. As we were eating I observed the same guy running the register making sandwiches several times without washing his hands. Neither of the guys working had hair nets or food service gloves on. One of the employees daughters was in the lobby asking Mom to cook her fries and being very loud and boisterous. I observed the staff giving them food without ringing it up & them paying for it.
