8/29/25 STAY AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!
Honestly... Just stop pulling into the parking spots when they ask. What's the point of the drive thru if I have to park every single time. I'm not parking anymore if I have to go there again. They need to learn how to work the drive thru and the only way is to stay at the window until your food is ready.

Apart from each time I've gotten poor quality food, this time they're not even serving people from the drive thru. Everybody has to park and wait. There's no sense of customer service as in they don't try to rush. They take their time walking the food out one by one. Terrible operations
4.25.25 I'm on a lunch break from work, ordered through the app, got my food from the drive thru. Double quarter pounder with cheese and a large sweet tea. I get back to work and realize they gave me a single quarter pounder, half filled medium fry and sweet tea. The only thing they got right was the sweet tea. There was nobody inside and two cars in front of me got their order and left. Looked like really small orders. The woman at the window hands me my tea and tells me to go park. There was nobody else in the line, why do I have to park. Park and 30 seconds later a guy brings my food. Why did I have to park when I went through the drive thru when nobody else was around?! I went back and the pregnant girl handling the food looked like she was hanging out more than working. She looked the most confused out of everybody. I get my sandwich and there's still fries in it. Wasteful because I don't want them. This place is a waste of money and lowers the image of mcdonalds all together. I had 5 minutes left for my lunch break because of them. I have never felt so unsettled by the atmosphere in a mcdonalds...
Read moreWaited 20 minutes before even getting looked at. This is at 6:20 in the morning not a busy time of day. Considering I used to be an employee it's not acceptable and can assure if it were me and left someone waiting that long I would have a meeting with GM Jose. There is favoritism thrown around like crazy in this buildin. The night shift manager Alfred got in my face on two different occasions aggressively. I sat Jose down the first time and he said he had spoken with Alfred and assured me it wouldn't happen again and that he wanted me to feel good in my workplace. Same thing happened 6 weeks later. There's also employees smoking cannabis in the restroom. Jose Cantu do anything about that because it's his "10 minute break" then when the manager on shift Olivia actually recognized me this morning I had asked for my check and she gave me it and ran off before I could order and purchase my food it's very unprofessional. Laura, Gaby in the drive through, and Marta and Lydia are the only people who have an ounce of common courtesy and care about the way you feel at your work place. No wonder short staffed is a major breaking point in this...

They made me pay twice! Plus, they had a terrible attitude and cold food!
Going through the drive through this morning the cashier did not offer me a receipt, which I barely noticed, until I got to the second window and they initially handed me the wrong order. Once I said it was wrong they told me I didn't pay enough and they made me pay another $5. I know that they did take the right amount but since I had no receipt she made me pay again... Even then when I asked for a receipt she didn't want to give me one and asked me to pull out of the drive through and then maybe they'd help me. I paid what she asked and got my food (which was not correct and was stale/cold). I did insist on a receipt but not only did they over charge for bad food (even more than usual) but they made it seem like it was MY fault instead of their mistake.
What a ridiculous situation. I don't care about $5 but her attitude and suggestion that I had somehow did not know how to count my change... Really bad food combined with bad service. I really wish that negative stars...
