Panda Express — Restaurant in Gresham

My boyfriend placed an order online and I went to pick it up. I went over to the sign that said online order pick up and I was blatantly ignored for 10 minutes. Two employees walked past me including who I assumed to be the manager (although I believe she was leaving to take a break) and another employee who was taking out the trash. When the employee who took the trash out walked past me again I politely said excuse me would you be able to see if my order is ready I made one online. He was nice and went to check the order but I would have appreciated him washing his hands first after taking out the trash and then looking through the food. The food was in a bag that was sealed but still I’d rather they just wash their hands after handling garbage before touching my food or anyone else’s. He said he thinks it’s still being made and a couple more minutes go by and one of the other employees who was making the food for the line asked me what the name for the order was. I’m glad I was able to get my food but the customer service could have been way better. Even just saying I’ll be right with you and acknowledging that they know I’m there would have made a huge difference so I didn’t feel like I was being...

First time at this location as I normally go to the one in happy valley, today I just happened to be near here so I decided to give it a try. As I walked through the door I was greeted and there was only one girl taking orders so the line was a tad bit long. There was an old lady ordering food and for some reason she got upset and called for a manager to come and make her order. Which held up the line a bit more because she only wanted fresh food. When it was my turn to order a majority of the foods were gone not to mention it was sitting under no light and heat meaning half the food was stone cold. The worker was nice about it and said that hot and fresh food would be out in a few minutes. Wait wasn’t the problem for me. The girl took my order and as new food came out she gave me good portion sizes. When I received my plate the only thing that was cold was the orange chicken. Really disgusted by the poor attitudes of the girls working the counter. I was in there late last night and there was a line out the door. There were three girls working the counter but only one girl making the orders who was obviously anxious by the hostile work environment and not getting the help she needed. One girl came out from the back and started (quietly) yelling at the girl making orders about something and then one of the other girls threw the girl who was making orders dinner away because “it was sitting there for too long and she hadn’t taken her break yet” ?? extremely rude and unprofessional to do especially in front of a line full of people. It was obvious this girl wasn’t able to take her break because of the line of people out the door and she was the only one doing her job!! You could tell she was trying to hold back tears but she just nervously laughed it off and kept making orders. Really disappointing to see this kind...
