Arby's — Restaurant in Grove

I have been a regular at this arbys for a couple months now, however tonight I had a horrible experience. I ordered 2 beef and cheddars. When she handed me my food at the drive thru window I immediately noticed a strong odor from my bag. I thought it was unusual because it’s never this strong, but I figured it’s roast beef so it must be a normal thing. However after doing some research this strong odor is a sign of spoilage, and not only the smell, but the gray discoloration, the holes, and the cramp in my stomach after taking ONE bite out of this sandwich. I called the store to complain and the manager in charge tonight was unwilling to supply me with a corporate number or a way to contact her boss, and after asking her for her name she HUNG UP ON ME. I tried warning her that she is selling spoiled beef and she acted like I was lying! I ordered a gyro sandwich which are usually delicious. It was a little dry this time and needed more sauce. The person who took my order was impatient and acted hurried even though there wasn't any other customers inside. She appeared frustrated. She hurried to the back to work on my order. I assume they were shorthanded or had other responsibles that I couldn't see. The place was very clean and the employee who took my money put on latex gloves to get my fries, then took them off to do other stuff. Good food, but the girl who was in the drive through just wanted me out of there, and there wasn't even a line. It was me and another car in front. Why the hurry? Then she got my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back after finding out later. Just because she was so hurried to get me out she miss understood what I said and then she did not verify that what she had put in was what I ordered. At least my husband got to keep the wrong order, I know there's a lot of restaurants that take the food back and throw it away so people can't get 2...
