Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Gurnee

I've visited this location 3 times since it's convenient to pickup my order on my way home from work. Only one of those visits did I receive a correct order. On my 1st order, They didn't put any meat on an Italian night club sandwich and that was quite the surprise when I got home to eat my dinner. I complained and never heard back from management. My wife somehow convinced me to order again a couple weeks later from this location and they got that order correct. So today I decided to try them again and this time was ridiculous. I get home and open my sandwich only to find no joke, 2 pounds of lettuce, onion, oil and mayo all soaked into soggy bread. There was meat this time but the sandwich wasn't edible. I couldn't even hold it without oil dripping or the sandwich falling apart due to the sogginess. Needless to say, I will never visit another Jimmy John's again. Wish I could rate them lower. If you dare to try them, please check your food before you leave. Sad that...

Not the same. We ordered two 18 inch sandwiches and the bread was Way over toasted. I called to let them know after I took 2 bites and though professional - tried to justify that the bread was fresh. Which is was but WAY over cooked. When I went to exchange them. One worker was very professional but the other had an attitude. He used the same meat and ingredients on the new sandwich. Who does that - after a person bit off it. I did not say nothing because it is a reflection of the Owner who apparently approves this behavior and the Jimmy John’s brand… always went to Jimmys, will never...

This is a nice Jimmy John's. The shop was very clean and the staff was extremely nice. Everything was is nice order. I would recommend this location.

Now, for a bit on the food. It was all fresh and delicious. I ordered a Lulu Unwich which I paid $8 something for. The lettuce was crisp, the turkey was moist, and the bacon was delicious. However, the only things in aside from that was a squirt of mayo and two small slices of tomato. I really miss the sprouts. Plus, there should have been more lettuce crammed in there.
