Customers never aware prior of when coffee and ice cream machines are down and itâs a HUGE inconvenience!!! HORRIBLE customer service for the inconvenience as well!!â This is the 6th time Iâve had inconvenience with their machines being down at this point! I ordered through the mobile the mobile app iced coffee. When I approached drive thru window I was told the machines are down and I would have to wait an additional 12mins for 1 drink to be made smh. I had to go to work and didnât have the time to wait so I asked if there was a way I could get a refund for my money I paid for extra customization to my drink, and for my reward points I used. I was told they couldnât due neither for the inconvenience. Do better!!! The company should make customers aware through the app or on the locationâs website when the machines are down or for cleaning so customers donât waste gas or money...

I then decided to go through the drive through and I told them I didn't think it went through. They proceeded to put through the order I canceled without me realizing. I was given the 2nd order and asked about where my first order was (fries). The manager said we don't have it on the screen (looking at the 2nd order). I asked him to look at my mobile receipt but he refused. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. I spoke with the employee at the window who was very polite and understood that there was clearly some error/issue. While I was explaining to the employee at the window what was going on, I think the manager realized that I did indeed have an order from 20 minutes ago that they never brought out. She proceeded to say âWhy its going to be the same on the other screen?â in an extremely rude tone but we just explained that we couldnât see the menu because the screen was broken to which she responded with more attitude saying âthe menu is going to say the same thing so what do you want?â We tried explaining that we literally couldnât see the menu and she said âokay thenâ in the rudest tone ever and because of that we just decided to tell her âbyeâ and just to left.
