Read moreI wish I could love this place like I did when they first opened. I've had multiple issues with my orders (downgrades in sizes, missing add ons that I paid extra for) but my most recent experience has made my boyfriend and I decided to stop coming here. With two kids we always order pick up on the app. I had a pickup time of 11:34. My boyfriend went in right at that time on the dot. He didn't walk out until 12:10. He saw our ticket hanging up and watched multiple tickets get placed in front of ours. We're both in the food industry and understand how busy it can get. Once he noticed people walking in and ordering then watching them leave before him became outrageous. He started counting and there had been at least 12 people who did so. He spoke up after 15 minutes and was told "we're working on it" by a worker with his hat covering his face and didn't even face him so he wasn't even sure if he was speaking to him. A couple customers who were sitting down eating even talked to him when he was waiting saying how ridiculously long he's been waiting for a pick up order. One guy walked out with his order and said "get this man his subs" because it was taking so long. We would understand 5-10 min delay. But over a half hour?...
Read moreThis place just opened two weeks ago, and as a result has been quite busy. I think wait times are longer than they will be in a month. So, no comments there.
The food is good, better than d'Angelos or Subway, but still mass produced food for sure.
All that being said, the staff fulfilling orders here need to put a little more effort into getting orders right. I've been here twice in the last week. Both times I was with another person, ordered two regular subs exactly the way the menu lists them, and both times the orders were wrong. The slips were right, the bags had the right numbers written on them, but the actual sandwiches were wrong. The first visit was at a fairly busy time when there was a crowd for lunch...and the sandwiches were just switched (his was in my bag and mine was in his) I can be a little more forgiving of that. The second time, today, we were the only people in there. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I got the exact same sandwich, but with steak. Figure...
