I ordered a pick up order of a plain bacon, steak and cheese sub with lettuce and mayo on the side, a order of fries and breaded mushrooms simple order or so you’d think. I ordered this at 6:40 yesterday Friday 10/18/24 we were told 20 minutes, got to the store about 7:15pm and the order still wasn’t ready. We waited another 20 couple minutes or so , while we were waiting I asked if the sub was being made right the employee said it was and even repeated my order back to me so I was like cool there should be no issues…. Boy was I wrong we get home and the sub was made incorrectly ,they put onions on it and I’m highly allergic. Called Anthony’s to tell them and I was told they would make the order over, and I said the whole order because now my other food was getting cold and I was told yes they would remake the whole order she didn’t know what was going on with her cooks , I said fine but this time you guy’s can deliver it I’m less than 5 minutes from you this was your stores mistake , I was told no they couldn’t because it was a pick up order…. Fine I’ll come to get my order again by this time it’s almost 8 pm get to the store for them to have only made the sub and I was told they couldn’t make the rest of my order…. really wow so you can’t deliver my order that you messed up so I come pick it up for a second time and you won’t even remake the whole order which would’ve be just a sub , fries and breaded mushrooms to make a customer happy on a order your store messed up and that I made two trips to get but you offer me a 2 liter . She refused and made excuses on why the order couldn’t be remade correctly. They are the worst and I will never ever eat here again the sub I got the second time was thrown together and hardly cooked so needless to say I did not have a hot or edible meal after trying to get my order for almost 2 hours .I will never go here again. if you want hot edible food that’s made correct I’d suggest that you don’t eat here either. Horrible horrible place...
Read moreI had done a review of this place 5 years ago and gave them a 5 star. Subs were usually pretty good. Had great wings. A month ago we ordered food and it was horrible but everyone can have an off night so we threw the food away and thought we would give them another chance. Tonight we ordered cheeseburger subs and wings $37.00 for two subs and 10 wings. Everything was completely uneatable. Wings were clearly cooked earlier today and left lay under a heat light. We could not even chew the meat it was so hard. The subs were so mushy and lettuce wilted. The only piece of tomato on the sub was a piece in the one end and on the other half two pieces about a 1/4" square. I will not be going back. I am really upset and if I had not worked so hard today I would get back in my car and take it back. My friend lives a 1/4 mile away. We waited for the food to be prepared and drove straight home and to the table. See photos of what we were given for dinner. What a shame these places have lost all pride they do not care what they push...
Read moreNot good. I think it depends on what cook is there. There must be at least 1 cook there that just absolutely does not care at all. I've had some good meals from there in the past. But more often than not, my meals have not only been not good, they've been disgusting. Sloppy, rubbery, undercooked, cold, just disgusting. My meal last night literally looked and tasted like it had been prepared days before and then microwaved. I'm sure it wasn't but that's what it looked and tasted like. You can tell as soon as you look at your food if it was the Good Cook or the Bad Cook who prepared it. I've given Anthony's so many opportunities to give me a good meal, but the meal I ordered last night was the last. It was so bad, it actually made me feel physically sick and I couldn't eat it. Ironically, I tried a different Italian restaurant tonight on Dual Hwy and it was amazing!!!! And I spent less money on this meal than I did with the meal from Anthony's that I had to toss. I'm sorry to say, but if you spend your money here, you will most...
