Amsterdam Night Club Hallandale — Restaurant in Hallandale Beach

I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life, ever! and also having the worst customer service I’ve ever had and felt and I have never but never have I ever imagine to feel such experience for just trying to go in and have a good time with out causing any issues or problems with anyone but going to a club and meeting and singing a long with an artists that you have always been a fan of but guess what, Nothing of what I thought would happen or did happen. The music was Great by the way! My twin brother and I went to the club “Amsterdam” in Hollywood to see De La Ghetto because he was showing up there and we are a HUGE fan of his but the bouncer aka “GM of the club” was basically obligating us to buy a bottle to get in that’s worth $300 dollars when this whole time they have kept promoting first of all @Amsterdam about the entres being “free” and having “special bottle service and drink Services’s ” but none of that was true once we were there and even @De La Ghetto that was talking in his IG about the same offer’s the club “Amsterdam” was saying and promoting. Guess what, None of it was really true. Now, I don’t know about what ya’ll think or know but for me that sounds like is falls advertising. Now, @De La Ghetto made his presence and all we wanted to do is to go inside and buy some drinks and sing a long with some of De La Ghetto song’s for being HUGE fans of his but unfortunately that didn’t happen. A dream not made true thanks to the bouncer’s aka “GM” and he also said to me not to come back ever. On top of it all there were two guys right after us and they did not get the same problem we did and they didn’t even buy a bottle to get in like the staff was basically forcing us to do so. Also, before even going in, on the parking lot I asked the same guy’s that were in line after us if they were buying a bottle and their response was NO and the staff aka “GM” let them in with no problem. I’m not one to complain but the disrespect and expectation that I had was not what we were expecting at all. We were so EXITED but all that excitement left my mind and body when all this happen. And I can also speak for my twin when I tell you that he feels the same way. We were having such a great time and night full of excitement before getting to the club because we were going to see one of our favorite rregetoneros but that was a disappointment with the staff of that club specially the GM. Hi everyone!! I'm "willy" I'm the type of person that when I find a great place (great atmosphere, great service, safe, fun, and entertaining!!) I stay there until I find a better one! I've been coming to Amsterdam probably about 5 or 6yrs. Have visited other places, yes perhaps more expensive, luxurious, bigger! But that has nothing to do with how good they are and how good the service is! At Amsterdam I feel at home I feel like family! Not only the staff (bartenders, bouncers and waitresses)but the service is great! I have met numerous people to which up to this date still my friends! You don't show up to a place and all of a sudden is heaven although it felt amazing the first time I came to Amsterdam! Have met most of the staff from the owner; Allan, his brother Omar, to Sandrino, to the bouncers to the guy attending in the restrooms Jair and his wife, to the bartenders : Manny, Angella, Sarita, her husband Sasha, Jenny, and last but not least my brother and main man Ruben! Who makes me feel welcomed and at home every single time I come to Amsterdam. So many good experiences that honestly do not recall any bad ones if there was ever one in all these years. Everytime I meet someone new I always invite or recommend them and as always never had a bad feedback, on the contrary they have all liked Amsterdam! Yes, yes, yes I understand many times is crouded due to the amount of people wanting to enjoy Amsterdam the service, the music, the food, and all that Amsterdam has to offer! Especially on nights where they have guests (djs or singers or groups/ orquestas) Not because I'm trying to be cheap or that I'm cheap, but Amsterdam is the only place that I ever known that does not charge to get in. No cover charge l, not even when they have a especial guest. I don't know if it mainly because of Ruben ( his treatment and service, his friendship) that I've been a loyal customer to Amsterdam all this years, he has always been so professional and nice not just to me but to all my family and friends. Many times we have celebrated birthdays and other occasions and Ruben have always made everyone of those occasions super SPECIAL! So!! to who ever read this! Don't let the 2 bad reviews u read ruin an amazing night, a wonderful life experience that awaits for you at Amsterdam!!! Shout out to all my family at Amsterdam! Keep up the great job! Sorry I couldn't give you more stars but that's all I could for now! Lol you guys are the best !...

On 7/26/24, I recently had one of the worst experiences ever at Club Amsterdam, and I need to share just how infuriating it was. From the moment we walked in, it became clear that this establishment is more focused on scamming its customers than providing any form of enjoyable experience.

As soon as we stepped through the door, we were aggressively approached and essentially forced to buy four drinks. We hadn’t even had a chance to settle in or decide what we wanted, but they were adamant that we had to make this purchase immediately. We never asked for drinks, yet they insisted we did and then rudely demanded that we either buy them or leave. This blatant attempt to squeeze money out of us is a clear sign that this business must not be doing well financially, and they resort to deceitful tactics to make up for their lack of legitimate income.

To make matters worse, they demanded that we either buy a $250 bottle or go buy drinks at the bar. When I refused both options, explaining that I wanted to check out the environment first, they rushed us to the bar. The bouncer then ordered drinks for us and tried to obligate us to pay for them. This level of pressure and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable.

The staff’s behavior only worsened from there. The security and bar girls were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was evident that they were illiterate and lacked basic communication skills, making the entire situation even more frustrating. Their hostility and complete disregard for customer service were shocking and unacceptable. It felt like all the workers there have a low IQ, given their inability to handle even the simplest interactions appropriately.

I would never recommend Club Amsterdam to anyone. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere. This place is a disgrace and a prime example of how not to run a business. Avoid...
