Very rude. I order a drink at 230 on the app. I do this at least 3 or more times a week here. They know this. I wait half an hour in line then this guy comes out an says they are closed and tells us all to leave an waves his hands. I said to him " we've all been waiting here half an hour. The same 3 cars in front of me had been waiting for that time. He said " sorry " . I tried to ask him how I get a refund for my almost 5 dollar drink I waited a half hour for and he ignored me an walked away. I pulled around to the window and that same guy WALKED PAST THREE TIMES and another woman was there. I was literally trying to ask how I get a refund, they all looked at me and ignored me. I did get pissed and say I was calling corporate.
I then called an told the woman the situation. She proceeded to tell me " were closed" " there's only two of us here". I told her I understand that, but I had been waiting for a half hour, I had ordered WELL ahead of closing time. She asked me ''if I was the one that was ordering cold brew, were out of that" I told her " No , I had the Mobile order for X " " Oh your drinks right here " I told her "i had already left because you BOTH ignored me when i pulled up to the window, and he came out an told us all to leave "I just wanted to know how to get a refund on my close to 5 dollar order. " we can't give refunds, you have to go on the app"
The same guy who was walking by the window and told us to leave knows me. I order at least 3 times a week on mobile app order. I've had an issue with him before not giving a crap . He could of easily said " mobile order" we already made your drink.
If my drink was already made an paid for, they had to of known someone on that line had already order 30 minutes ago an had to of been waiting. Put 2 an 2 together. Going to call the manager tomorrow but surely by this attitude they won't care.
BTW it was a dragon fruit refresher. Pre made box drink with green tea on the top". Takes 2 seconds to make. Last time this same employee didn't even put green tea in it, just the pre made juice. He just doesn't GAF then gives you smug laughs an attitude.
Update Called for a manager next day and told he wasn't working until the following day at 12 p. I asked if there was a shift lead and if they aren't busy can I speak to them. The girl on phone was friendly. I spoke to a nice Indian woman and she said come in an ill take care of you. I went back through the drove through an she made my drink I didn't get yesterday. I said thank you so much and told her that one gentleman that works there was the worst an I've had multiple bad experiences with him. I told her I come here 3 or more times a week, she even said she knows me! Said sorry an gave me a free cookie. I still will not go here anymore, at least for a few months.    Read moreI eat lunch here because it's convenient and close by my job to walk to.. and there's iced coffee there, so that is a plus. But last time I was there one of the workers (woman wearing a light purple hijab) was yelling at another employee (young black guy) accusing him of stealing a dollar of tip money, but she MADE SURE she immediately took $5 in tip I put on the counter that I WANTED THE YOUNG MAN TO HAVE for how much work I was watching him do. While she stood in the back staring at the food heat up the guy was running back and forth to the drive thru window and to the counter taking orders from everyone and making coffee and bagging it all, by himself.. and he was so unbelievably pleasant.. so I wanted HIM to reap the benefits, but she made sure the tips where taken immediately. She made a big scene in front of me and a few other customers and he defended himself respectfully but she just kept going. She needs to go outside and touch grass and calm herself down, that young man didn't deserve any of that, I saw it all and he did not steal anything đ maybe recognize him for the great work he does and the phenomenal customer service...
   Read moreUPDATE: Over the past few months there has been a noticeable increase in quality of service and product. Orders are being fullfilled quicker and more accurately. Current quality is on par with other DD establishments in the area. I have updated my previous review of 1 star.

ORIGINAL: AVOID THIS D'n D AT ALL COSTS!!! Go to the egg harbor city one instead. I have been a loyal Dunkin Donuts customer and 4 generations of my family across the country have been loyal dunkin donuts customers. Over the past 3 years this particular Dunkin Donuts has been the worst I have ever been too. They always get the order wrong. They tell you they are out of things when they are not.
