If I could give 0 star rating I would. This location is an absolute joke. More than 1/2 the time they never have anything in stock. went in to get something to eat on Saturday afternoon and a male employee was yelling to all the female employees to go see if the front person is in the bathroom and to tell them to hurry up because “there’s 6 people out here to be waited on”. Not to the 5 employees who casually strolled in with donuts. He sent 2 or 3 different people to the restroom for them. When the front person could tell they were new) came back he continued to yell at her infront of the ENTIRE STORE. Customers and other employees. How inappropriate and embarrassing. When it was our turn to order I apologized to the cashier and told them that they should have NEVER been yelled at like that. Come to find out it’s a daily thing for them. As were placing our order I was told that they were out of all the sauces except ghost pepper. My kid won’t eat that, so I asked if I could get a side of the sauce they put on the “saucy nugs”. the cashier asked another employee how they could do that and they just said “ no. We can’t do that.” I understand on a regular day that would still be a no, but they’re out of ALL SAUCES. I didn’t think that would be such a big no. The other employee came over to the register and pressed a button and walked away not saying a single word to me or the cashier. I was charged $1.25 for a cup of sauce. That’s not even the best part. We get our cups from our meal and we walk to the drink machine. My son tried to get a lemonade and was sprayed all over the chest/face/hands with syrup. Maybe he held it wrong so I took his cup and tried it myself. So we’re both now covered is syrup. Mind you there is no sign that states it’s NOT WORKING. Walk up back to the counter and wait patiently to see if he can get a lemonade from the other machine they have for the drive thru. The cashier asked if someone could grab one and I heard someone yell in the back “there’s no nozzle on the machine”. At this point my frustration level is increasing. They knew it wasn’t working yet there was NO OUT OF ORDER SIGN. The guy (who was yelling at the cashier) walked up to the counter and asked me “what is wrong”. I asked him if he really wanted to hear what was wrong and he said “yes tell me” so I did. It was 100% unprofessional to treat the cashier the way he did in front of the entire store, I’m a manager at my job so I get being frustrated when someone isn’t at their station, but that’s not a conversation that’s should be had out in the open. He stopped me mid sentence to tell me that “well she’s a terrible employee and that he’s NOT a manager”. That makes it even worse. Where was the actual manager, (standing in the back of the kitchen watching) why is it ok to treat someone so bad!? I told him you thinking she is a bad employee is YOUR OPINION you asked for MINE and I’m giving it. After what was said he walked away to get my son his drink. He came back gave us our stuff. The $1.25 cup of sauce was “tossed” into the counter with nothing said (wasn’t even placed in our bag). Waited for our food, they asked if we wanted to eat in or out. OUT, im not sitting in a place where they treat their employees like crap. Glad I checked his good because it was still made wrong. The man was about to take the sandwich back and “fix it”. No thanks I didn’t know a JBC w/ only ketchup was that difficult. My son told me on the walk out that he didn’t understand why that man was yelling at the cashier like that and he was being really mean. I don’t know either. Will NEVER come to this location again. 0/10...

The consistent turnover leads me to believe that they hire individuals that cannot pass the second grade. Not only are they inexperienced in making burgers, taking orders, or being kind to customers.. they fail to realize that 99.9% of all card readers have NFC ( "near field communication" For those employees who are unaware or from south Lebanon Ohio). This was proven the other day when I was denied payment. I promptly went into the so called establishment of shame where I was greeted with what appeared to be the most uneducated and obese assistant manage around. I was told by this troll (without hesitation whatsoever) "we DONT take payments that way!!" To which I replied with "yes, those machines do take those payments." After a bit of arguing with these gargoyles that appear to working at Wendy's now, my friend was ready to pay for his order as I stood back and watched with anticipation. I could totally believe my eyes at what happened next... The payment was accepted as he swiped his phone over the (very much capable equipment... as archaic as it is). At this moment I quickly looked over the counter to inform the set of trolls that they were in fact wrong in every way and form. This goes to show you that not only does Wendy's hire the most inept people to run their chain.... but they also pick the workers with the lowest IQ. If you cant work in a restaurant and at least admit that the customer is right.... you should not be in the industry itself.... you should be in a quiet room coloring a book with some crayons.

Went through drive thru picking up dinner for my family. Listening to what can only be assumed was management screaming inside because I ordered TOO MUCH FOOD! Excuse me! I thought this was a restaurant? Screaming there should be a $50 limit. Sorry but with your prices it costs $75 now. I'm sorry I burdened you with doing your job. And then you short us food and pay no attention to requests for dietary restrictions. Last I checked the point is to make a profit. Hope you have fun explaining this 6 pm today $70+. How disrespectful I am a service manager and I wouldn't tolerate you humiliating My customers.
4/17/24 posted sign New people blah blah. Gave them a chance for redemption. Placed an online order. Asked car side is this everything? Told YES. We didn't get 4 orders of fries 3 chicken nuggets and no chilli for the $9 salad. SECOND TRIP. They laughed at us, over speaker and at the window, and I will note no one answered the phone either. They did give us our food but......... Naw not again...
