Disappointed with My Experience! Having visited many restaurants over the years, I had high hopes for Chances, but unfortunately, it missed the mark. While our waitress was wonderful, both personable and professional. The experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the manager. Her unprofessional attitude was disappointing and significantly impacted the overall experience. The food took an unusually long time to come out. Oddly, the first person who ordered received their meal last. The salmon was very dry, and the broccoli was mostly stalks, chopped into small, unappealing pieces. The Mac and cheese was good not great. I’d rate the food a 3/10 overall. Considering the lengthy preparation time, I anticipated a much higher quality meal. Additionally, the bar closed earlier than the posted time, which was disappointing. While the ambiance was nice, the poor customer service and long wait times ruined the experience. I truly believe in supporting Black-owned businesses, however, service like this only reinforces negative stereotypes. I hope the management considers proper customer service training, but as it stands, I would not return or recommend...

When I walked in, I thought the black and gold decor looked pretty cool. It wasn’t busy at all, especially for 1 pm, but it still took quite a while to be seated, which didn’t make a great first impression.
After finally getting a table, I waited even longer for the food to arrive. With the slow service, I figured the kitchen was putting in extra care, but unfortunately, that was far from the case. The fried deviled eggs were nearly inedible, the steak bites were soaked in grease, and the fries tasted as if they’d been reheated, lacking any kind of freshness or flavor.
I was disappointed, especially for my first experience. I understand this is a newer spot, but consistency and quality are crucial, especially when you’re trying to build a loyal customer base. Sadly, I can’t say I’d rush back...
Read moreI took my mother and aunt to a paint and sip here. I had never been there before and they were in town so I thought: let's try it! The lounge is nicely decorated. The waitress was patient and helpful. She told us the happy hour special $3 classic drinks, and $10 baskets. I had the wings. The fries were good, the wings were nice, crispy and pipping hot! The paint and sip organizer/ artist was awesome, I wish more people would have showed up. It was a Wednesday though. There was a fun birthday party going on and everyone was having a good time drinking, eating, and dancing. The dj played a good mix of songs that even my mom and aunt could enjoy. It was not ratchet or messy. At the end of the night the security guard even walked my mom to her car in the parking lot which I thought was really kind. We went to support a black owned business and I'm glad we did! The only complaint is that the...
