Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Hampton

Our waitress sat us down and took our drink orders. She came back gave us our drinks and asked was we ready to order, I responded could you come back in 2 mins. Some more guest arrived 2 diff families back to back. She sat them down and quickly came back to us asking was we ready. We went ahead and ordered she took our menus and walked away. The whole time she is rushing us and moving fast. I didn't think anything of it, im just like what in the world. Well she walks back pass me and i ask her for a side of mashed potatoes because my 1 year old was hollering ready to eat and asked if its ready can she bring that right away. She walked away quickly away from me like i was getting on her nerves. Well she brings the mashed potatoes and sits them on the table. I always taste my child food before he does. For some odd reason the mashed potatoes was a lot darker them usual and tasted different. First off im a huge fan of the mashed potatoes here so i defiently would notice if any changes were made. My son who loves the mashed potatoes also would not eat them when i tried to feed it to him. He made a gross face like it was nasty. So now im looking for my waiter.She walks by and i say excuse me and she is looking at me like I'm getting on her nerves. I say hey these mashed potatoes do not taste the best, it seems different. She stated well that's the morning batch they made so im looking at her like morning batch. She said i can bring you another one but its going to taste the same, the whole time she is talking to me real fast and real friggity. So then she mentions i was on my way out the door, so i said do you need me to wait because im not sure why she is telling me that. She said no literally on my way out the door like off of work out the door. I'm looking at her like wow are you serious so i say well can you get me another waiter then. She said i can grab you something else real quick if you want I'm like no thanks. So she walks away, i didn't see her no more the rest of the time I was there. Now 8 mins later a guy waiter walks up and ask are we ok, we say yes. Then a different female waiter come maybe 2 mins behind him and said your food should be coming out soon. We say thank ok thank you. The first set of food that was brought out to us was not our food it was the tables next to us. The second set of food that was brought out to us was our food. 2 of my older children order 1 cheeseburger kids meal with mandarins the other one order plain hamburger kids meal. My little brother order bacon cheese burger with mandarins, i ordered the chicken fajitas and my mother order chicken quesadillas. The plain hamburger kids meal have cheese on them. The bacon cheeseburger did not have the mandarins. The chicken quesadilla chicken was not fully cook. The chicken on the fajitas was not fully cooked, the tortilla wraps with the fajitas was oily and soggy. So once me and my mother started to chew and realized the chicken was not fully cooked i almost barfed. I already have stomach issues that i deal with so i was a nervous wreck and spit my food into the napkin. My mother is also disgusted her food waa not cooked fully. So our waiter come up and we tell her she apologies and takes our food back and ask do we want something else at this point we are disgusted we don't want anything back or else . Now the famiky thay was sitting next to us also was complaining to the waitress that the chicken in her pasta was not done as well amd that she did not want it. I then grabbed my kids food and started looking to make sure there food was fully cooked, mind you while all this is going on we are still waiting for my others sons food since they put cheese the first time. A manger came to our table and his exact words was did you get the kids burger and is there anything else we want. We say no are just ready to go. He did not apologies he said ok ill adjust bill and grab the check. He leaves come back to the table and places our folded reciept down and walks away without saying anything else. Were looking at each other disgusted....

So giving this Chili's a 2 star rating because on Tuesday 3/16 I called asking to make a reservation for a party of 8 to eat on Friday 3/19 my son wanted to eat there for his birthday which is Friday...however we are having family in town for his party so I was reserving for them to eat with us Friday night....when I called Tuesday they told me that they don't take reservations and they can't seat more than 6 people to a table.... I asked about maybe doing 4 at one table and 4 at another just in the same area same server...they still proceeded to say No...and put me on the phone with someone else. I again explained to that girl what I was asking and was still told no....so I had to make other arrangements for when my family is here to celebrate my son's birthday and took him to dinner there tonight 3/18 with just me his dad and him...however as I'm there I notice a party in the back room all to themselves a good size party at least 13 people.. the server we had which was amazing BTW Jordan was serving that table along with us and another table a few from us....so why can they seat a party of 13-14 people in a room all to themselves but not a party of 8? If I was giving stars to our server I'd give him 5 stars Jordan was amazing very attentive he deserve all the stars...but this Chili's itself you get the 2....there was dust and cob webs hanging from the ceiling and the bathroom floors were very slippery. Food was great...again Jordan amazing job...but it's reasons like this that Chili's is...

Chilis is pathetic. I sat in a non busy resturaunt. And ordered a shrimp taco spicy and when I can out my finger in the food and its cold cone on and they come get it back being it back 30 mins later with hair in it really Disgusting. My sisters fries were cold. Do better guys.Okay so Now we wait . . When the cook or manager whomever he was came to the table yes I was on my phone writing this review. It's one thing to read reviews an actually see for yourself the unsatisfactory behavior. If I said some or listened to his piss poor excuse as to why my food was cold unacceptable. Hair in my food from somebody nasty head. Gross unsanitary. So I left my sister and mom to wait on the bus now your interrupting my time to many times. I would of CLEARED the place out with knowing hair was in my food. People came in after us and was seated food brought to them instill twiddling my thumbs waiting. I'm no food critic I was looking for some hot good foot on this 4th of july. 2019 the resturaunt was empty not busy. Come on do better. Then you wanna take my food in back heat it up in microwave and try to give it to me In a to go box its trashed.. disgusting I will not participate in this foolery.. clean house and get a new staff. No one at our table should have paid anything... 10.00 was to much on the gift card that had to be used.
