Hampton Seafood Market — Restaurant in Hampton

I'm not happy about this review rating because my previous experiences at this location are always 5 star. However, today I'd give a 2.4 if I could. Ordered half a dozen jumbo crabs, a pound of shrimp, and crab legs. All were steamed and seasoned there, the crablegs were fine.The shrimp tasted overcooked, yet it was still edible. But the crabs were NOT appealing at all. The meat was soft and mushy which is NOT something you want to eat. After 1 I thought it might just be a one off but by the 3rd one I was DONE! I cracked the legs off the others just to check and they were mushy and disolved between my fingers as well.Now I'm out of my money and my taste for crabs is done, really disappointed to say the least. It was very busy while I was there so maybe that has something to do with it but bad crabs is a no for me on any occasion. Maybe I'll try again another time....Maybe. I have pictures for proof and plan to keep them if anyone wants to verify or rectify this situation. Would post them with this review but I wasn't given...

Very good food but plz pay attention when they charge you my third time buying crabs they charged me $10 extra and try to tell me they went up the day before but it was funny because my sister went in there 2 minutes before me and purchase hers and they charged her less than he charged me they was caught in a lie but they definitely gave me the difference after showing them by past receipts and...

Authentic Maryland Crab Dip was one of the appetizers and Tuscan Salmon was one of the entrees.

I read previous comments about the shell pieces in the crab so I made sure to go through it all to ensure there were none in the dip.

The Salmon was super fresh, flaky and buttery. Will be coming back...
