Virginia Store — Local services in Hampton

The owner warmly greeted me as I arrived and quickly oriented me to her store. There was a nice selection of locally sourced ornaments, bookmarks, cards, stoneware, art prints, and so much more. There are options at all different price levels and plenty of Virginia food and treats, as well.

This is the perfect shop in Hampton to create a nice gift basket for any occasion or just to pick up a great memento. I even met one of the artisans who creates beautiful pet portraits and handcrafts colorful glass jewelry. Not only did I find some great gifts, I walked away with some local brochures to get to know the history and area.

Perfect place for all Va., except country ham...joking it has the best souvenirs. The only shop I could find real VA. is for lovers tee shirts. I didn't get her name but she is part owner and was extremely helpful on the phone and so kind in person. The shop is very neat with the perfect gift for anyone. I definitely will go back for the unique gift. I love this little shop. I went for 2 children's tee shirts and left with 4 shirts, can of peanuts and a beautiful wine glass. Awesome...

Kind of a niche store if you are looking for goods centered around Virginia. One of the official places to go for Virginia is for Lovers merchandise. Most importantly though is that the people who work there are very nice and considerate. I had purchased a shirt for a visiting friend and the lady gift wrapped it for me and took great care to make it look presentable and seemed delighted to do me that favor. Really great...
