MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Hanover

Today wasnt best experience. First, big water leak or spill in the line so we couldnt get close to look at toppings. A customer told them about it but nobody looked or cleaned it up. And , .please please stop coming up with salad creations because the workers never know what's in it. I asked for the strawberry summer one- I had to read off ingredients to person making, and then she added a topping that wasnt even included or asked for. This is not the first time they dont know what's in the salad and I have to tell them. The ingredients for these special salads is on a billboard not within their sight, maybe they could have a cheat sheet? The girls making the pizzas were preoccupied and uninterested, and my pizza was slightly burnt. I will go again, I have eaten there before with no issues but today wasnt great. We were all exhausted at the house and pizza sounded great, so we ordered from MOD, a place we already loved. We decided to use Doordash, which is already a hit or miss in this area, and the app flopped for us. No driver ever given, support constantly closing chats with us. So we called MOD, and they not only apologized for something that was completely not their fault, they allowed us to come pick up our food. When my fiancé went inside to grab our stuff, the girls working let him know they remade all THREE of our pizzas so that they would not be cold upon our arrival. Was it pajama day?? All of the employees looked like they rolled out of bed. Really distasteful when you're trying to go out on a date. The employees playing with each other. Really weird and awkward. They had most of the place barricaded. Seemed kind of lazy. We could only eat in one section. Only throw out trash away in one section. We were given the pizza in the box as if they wanted us to leave ..no real plates so that they didn't have to wash any extra. Half the drinks were gone. The floor mats were rolled up, I almost tripped on one. Even the restrooms were blocked off so we couldn't go to the restroom....that's really insane .
