I used to order from here every week. And, sometimes more than once. The food is usually really good. Service though can be very poor. The first time I had an issue with them was when I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and they completely messed it up. I called in regards to the mix up, and was told that they would mail me a voucher for the item. I never received that. The second time I had ordered bread from the bakery, and had it delivered. Only to find that some of the brioche rolls I had ordered were missing. The delivery driver said that they were out of stock, and that she had been told that I was called in regards to it. Which I never was. I told her this, but being that a refund for the rolls was in the bag with my order I just let it go. The third time I ordered candy cookies for my children with my order. Only to discover them missing. I called to complain, and was told that again they would send me a voucher. I explained to the young lady I spoke to that I had been promised the same form of compensation before, and had never received it. Now, this time the employee actually was true to her word, and made sure that the vouchers were sent. However, I have not ordered since, because every time I even consider it there's a little voice in the back of my mind that wonders how they're going to mess my order up. Not to mention that I was adding extra bacon, and extra tomato on my breakfast sandwiches which are an additional charge. Read moreWe used to go here often before the pandemic but since we have only given them a chance a few times. That has proven to be a bad idea every time because either the website won’t work unless you order as a guest, the drive-thru gets through before curbside pick up, and today all of the people at curbside pick up got their food before I did even though I was there first. I waited almost 15 minutes and the assistant manager brought out the food. I asked if the check-in for my order worked and he looked confused. I told him I had been waiting 15 minutes and he apologized and walked away. This happens regularly here and inevitably something is always missing or wrong. The prices are too high for this level of customer service because obviously no one cares or takes pride in their work anymore. Curbside pick up is supposed to be easy and convenient but it never is at this location.
I paid $47 for three meals and didn’t even order for our kids! We won’t continue to give them the benefit of the doubt any more. Not worth the money or babies crying in the car while we wait 15 minutes past our scheduled pick up time at 10:45 AM when they aren’t busy. Read moreWe are loyal Panera customers, but are extremely hesitant to go back to this location. We've tried this location twice and both times were quite disappointed. We first visited last Spring, we ordered online, the order was ready 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I made the mistake of not checking what was in the bag, and they had gotten many parts of the order wrong. We received the right food, but the wrong sides and add-ons. The second time we visited was a few weeks ago during prime lunch time on a Sunday. I know many places are under-staffed right now and I understand the struggles locations are facing, but this was a horrendous visit, unlike any other Panera location I've experienced in the same frame of time. When we ordered, we were not told that our order might take over an hour, so we waited by the prep station. After 30 minutes, I decided to ask about timing, just for an FYI, was told that it could take over an hour. The manager was kind and offered to refund our money since the order hadn't been started. I accepted. Weeks later, we never received the refund.
