Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Penn Township

I had placed an order to be delivered on August 26th at 4:00 pm the night before, because I knew I was going to have a busy day at work the next day. I received a confirmation email, and never had any indication that anything was wrong with the order. At 3:45 when I checked the order through the "track order" link attached to the confirmation email it stated that my order was being worked on. However, at 4:30 when the order had not been delivered yet my husband called the store to find out what was going on. He spoke to a gentleman whom he was told was the manager, and was instructed to come in with the confirmation email. When he did he was informed that the person he had spoken to was actually a delivery driver, NOT the manager. He was also told that the store had turned off their online ordering the night before, and that despite the fact that I had received a confirmation email that they had never received my order. So I had to come home after working all day to a hangry husband and children. If a store turns off their online ordering then a confirmation email should NOT be sent. There should be some sort of indication that the store is not receiving orders at that time. There are no words to describe how upset I am over this. I will NOT be...

I used to eat at pizza hut a lot as a kid, but as I got older and moved away, the dine in pizza huts seemed to dry up and shrivel away. On a whim, my wife and I drove to the nearest dine in pizza hut to see if the magic was still there. After an hour drive, this pizza hut met every one of my nostaliga-filled expectations.

The food was absolutely as good as I remembered; I got a pan pepperoni pizza and it was every bit as good as it was when I was a kid. Besides that, the decor looks straight out of the 2010's. That's not to say anything looked old or grungy - it absolutely didn't! - rather, it felt like a well-maintained love letter to pizza hut's heyday, which is exactly what I wanted. Lastly, the service was wonderful. Our server was attentive and kind, which is all you can ask for!

Horrendous customer service. A month ago I ordered a big dinner box with 3 different pizzas and 2 orders of cheesy bread sticks, when my order came 2 out of the 3 pizzas were incorrect and missing multiple toppings. When I called I was redirected for 3+ hours between the store and their customer care line and received no help or refund whatsoever. Then this evening I purchased dinner for my family and once again I'm missing food in my order. I called into pizza hut and was told I could have store credit instead of just refunding me for the bread sticks.
