Mornings are so slow anymore, only did two stars because the man who does curbside is so sweet and pleasant to see and talk to. Last time I went and he wasnât in, they never came out for my curbside so I ended up in the drive thru anyway. Today I just went drive thru since I didnât have a lot of time to wait in case they donât come out. I got to the first window and was told a total, I said no, I had the mobile order. She said âuh well did you go to the speaker to tell me?â yesâŚ? not even two minutes ago?? like no I just cut the line somehow. She said it isnât there and to ensure I have the right food, seemed like she was thinking I skipped the line somehow? I donât know how that would even work. There were no issues at the second window, they handed my food right to me and had my order right there in their rotation with the other orders. She probably got messed up bc she was too worried about arguing with a customer at the window right after taking my order, everybody could hear her through the speakers because she didnât even turn off her headset. Iâm pretty sure it was her who gave me issues a month ago too, saying that I couldnât have the breakfast sandwich on my order because it was after 10:30 but also couldnât have another sandwich unless I paid or a refund (I placed the order around 10, got there at 10:20 but had been sitting in the drive thru waiting so I didnât get to the window until about 10:40), that whole time too I could hear her in the speakers arguing with people at the window. I got to the second window and they handed my food right to me, no issue whatsoever. So it seems to be her that is having all these problems. Maybe focus less on arguing with people and just get people through the line đ I never seem to have issues any...

Next time just ask them if you can purchase a boat load of their (not "there"...retake grammar school) FROZEN fries so you can take em home...STOCK UP...since you're so worried about your FRIES and not the family, friends, concerned citizens nor your own well-being. If they don't carry HOT sauces that you're used to Hectic Lopez, then go to a restaurant that carries the sauces you're used to. It's McDonalds...not Chipotle...fast food isn't ever fast anymore....ANYWHERE. WHY?? Because of lazy people who don't WORK. Every year FOR YEARS, we traveled through this area on vacation...great people. We don't care about your complaints. Instead we are PROUD that these AMERICANS used their heads and DELAYED the murderer instead of trying to be heroes detaining him and risking MORE lives including yours dummy. So I think that saving lives was a bit more IMPORTANT than your crying and whining like little 5 year olds. Don't like it, LEAVE.    Read moreIâm currently here and have been waiting in silence for 15 minutes at the drive through. No one has said a word. Not âhold on a secâ nothing. I had to say âhello?â and after a few minutes they finally mumbled over the speaker to take our order. Then proceeded to get the WHOLE order wrong. I had to reorder the whole thing TWICE at the first window because they, for some reason, couldnât understand what I was saying. Then, just when I think this god awful experience is over and I can just eat my food and go home, I get my food and the French fries are so hard I feel like Jesus himself made them and theyâve been sitting there since he left. I feel like I need to mention the man that took our order seemed high out of his mind. His eyes were so squinty I wasnât even sure if he was awake. The manager (Iâm assuming he was the manager, had a blue dress shirt on) had a horrible attitude at the second window when we were polite and kind, the whole time. After this, we still said thank you and have a good night BUT weâll never go back. Iâd rather travel to a further McDonaldâs than deal with this whole situation all over again. PLEASE for the love of god, and your French fries, get better people...
