Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Haring Township

I walked in and ordered a pizza bread. Simply. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I said yes and sat down at a table and waited. When 15 minutes was up I then stood in front waiting for my bread. All the kids they have working there did not even pay attention to me. When they finally did they asked what I was waiting for? When I told them they said oops, it was never made and blaming someone else whispering that so they did not hear. Then I waited for another 15 minutes for the bread to be made. No apologies, no offer of anything while waiting, simply brushed off as if this was normal and OK. Please correct your staff and train them to pay attention to the customer. There are way to many options when it comes to pizza in this area. Customer service is what's going to bring people back. Give me a reason to come back. Due to this I have none. I suggest calling ahead and calling back to see it's being made or you will be waiting double the time while watching the...

Great to grab when you're in a hurry. Not the best pizza but quick, cheap and easy. The cheese bread would be amazing if it was not drowning in so much oregano. Update 12/22/20. My children and I got some Italian cheese bread. We had to spit it out because there were literally peices of wood cooked inside the cheese. They looked like broken toothpicks and tasted heavily of something similar to pep to bismol. 1 hour later my mouth is still burning from it. I called. The gentleman was nice and offered to replace it. I declined. I just want them to find out how it got there and fix it before someone is seriously hurt. After speaking with my father he said two months ago he was eating Little Ceasars and got a huge wooden sliver stuck in the roof of his mouth. Is someone intentionally doing this? I don't know. But that is an awfully big coincidence. I will not eat here again. Please if this is happening to others...

Three months ago we stopped in for some hot n ready pizza. They said they had none up so I ordered two pepperoni and one ham. They told me fifteen minutes so I went out to my car and waited fifteen minutes. Came back in and they said they didn't have them ready and it would be another fifteen minutes. So again I went to my car to wait went back inside in fifteen minutes and the lady behind the counter said it was still another five minutes. So I sat inside waiting. Ten minutes goes by I go to the counters and they tell me they are very sorry but it is gonna be another twenty minutes because they missed my order. I ended up canceling my order.
