Crumbl — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

I am usually raving about Crumbl cookies . I get a box nearly every week . However on yesterday on 8/10 , I placed a delivery order while at work using the Crumbl app , around 11am . Though it stated it would be delivered within 45 minutes, an hour and a half passed before I called the store . A young lady informed me my order was in “queue” but there wasn’t a driver for it yet so she advised that I cancel my order and re-order to move it to the top of said queue. I did just that . Again , around a 45-50 minute time window until delivery . Just shy of another TWO hours of waiting this time , I called again . Another women informed me that their app should not be taking orders that day as they can’t deliver them and offered to refund my order yet again . After waiting close to 3.5 hours for these cookies , I was a bit frustrated and confused as to why the first person I spoke with told me to re-order and didn’t tell me they can’t deliver them anyway .

Later in the evening , a coworker of mine offered to go pick-up a box for me after witnessing the aggravation I dealt with earlier . When she returned , she informed me that they had sold out of the cookies I wanted EARLIER IN THE DAY .

Just an absolutely awful experience & I will not be returning to the Harrisonburg location - if any at all . Not...

I recently visited Crumbl Cookies and was quite disappointed with my experience. After receiving a notification that my order was ready, I arrived at the store only to wait several minutes while they searched for my order. What's more, the employee handling my cookies used their bare hands multiple times to fix the frosting and then held the messy box from the outside. This lack of professionalism raises concerns about hygiene and food safety. It's clear that these young employees need proper supervision and training to maintain a clean environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location until significant improvements are made to the service and handling of food items. Plus the cookies are tasteless...

Crumbl Cookies was out of this world! The other cookie places don't even compare.

We had a wonderful experience at Crumbl Cookies in Harrisonburg next to Walmart.

The bakery was extremely clean, modern, and technologically savvy. You can order inside from a self-ordering tablet and pick up your order in minutes! We waited no more than 5 minutes for our order, and their staff was so friendly.

Now... for the cookies. MAN were they incredible! Each and every one. The Key Lime Pie was outstanding. My wife doesn't even like KLP but loved it. Texas Sheet Cake was out of this world. Pumpkin Spice was served warm. Wow what a line up!
