Worst experience ever !! Will never go back. On the day of service for my son’s laptop I had explain the problem. They ran diagnosis and determine in need s to be shipped in their repair shop in Kentucky . The next day I get a call that I need to go sign some paperwork so I drove back again to sign the paperwork that somehow they didn’t ask me to sign on the first day I had dropped the laptop. 3 -weeks later I get a email to go pick up my laptop. But was told it wasn’t repaired. Apparently they have a deal with Dell not to repair Alienware laptops but no one either knew I had a clue about this policy . So I waisted. 3-Weeks and. 3 drives to the store and I reside 40 minutes from the store just one way.. Not only were they uninformed but they were rude. If they would have been upfront and not wasting my time it would have been great . And when Canceling the order they mistakenly canceled by other laptops security service that I had . And after I called they made me buy a new security system vs Reinstating what they had canceled by mistake. No no apologies no taking responsibility for their mistake other than bad attitude . This is not good customer service . Just a It was just a wasted time . I will never use them for any. Service . A incompetence is not an excuse. Someone needs to take responsibility and take care...
