Today May10th 2025, I drove to this Pizza Hut branch, I ordered some pizza, I told the server so clearly I want “thick” pizza, unfortunately once it was ready to take it home, I did not double check, to see my order if it’s correct.
When I arrived home they told me this the thin one, they’re the one made the mistake at first place.
I called them immediately, and the manager that answered my phone, so rude, he has problem with communicating with people, he has attitude. He should be ashamed of himself. Shame on Pizza Hut hiring such boy.
He told me, that I had to take the pizzas back in order to remake for me, he was so worry about the pizzas to be returned to him. Anyway, I had to drive back again, same boy spoke to me with attitude, I asked if he was worry about the to be retuned to him, he answered and told me; Yes I have to. This dude is absolutely disrespectful!!

We were hung up on twice, then when someone finally helped us we were transferred to three different people all who barely spoke English. After our order was placed (and they charged us) a number from Texas called and said that they needed to verify our address. When we called back to do so no one at the call center or the actual pizza hut location had any record of our order. But they sure as heck charged us for it. Read moreI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Pizza Hut. The wait time for my order was unbelievably long. It felt like I was waiting for a lifetime just to get a pizza. I understand that good things take time, but this was excessive. It's disappointing when you're hungry and excited for a meal, only to be met with such a lengthy delay. I hope they can improve their efficiency in the future.
To make matters worse, after waiting for what felt like an eternity, I eventually gave up and left without my order or a refund.
