Bubba and Fins—oh, Bubba and Fins! A place so delightful, I wouldn’t be surprised if my shaved ice had been crafted by Bubba himself.

We arrived just before closing, fully expecting a rushed experience, but instead, the lovely woman behind the counter greeted us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel as if we were the first customers of the day. The service was impeccable, and the shaved ice? Absolutely divine. Each spoonful was a perfect balance of soft, fluffy ice and vibrant, mouthwatering flavor.

I opted for a drizzle of condensed milk, and it was nothing short of indulgent—a velvety, sweet touch that elevated the dessert to new heights. Every bite melted effortlessly, leaving behind a lingering sweetness that made me wish I had ordered another.

I can’t tell you. Amazed. The sugar content just right such that we were able to ingest way more.

Shave ice machine broken, but I’m glad it was because we tried some of the best soft serve we’ve ever had.
