This place stays open a little later compared to the other trucks, you won’t be disappointed!

Fun local with many ethnic options. Sushi is lite, healthyish and can be shared with Sheila from Accounting when she absolutely freaks out that you could possibly eat fish that hasn't been fried. OMG she did it! Then washed it down with a diet Coke and a large sundae from over yonder. She's dieting, don't you know.

This place has amazing service I almost got outraged when I realized they were 20$ but when I opened my box I realized it was jammed packed with sushi after eating it I realized this struck gave me better sushi then a Michelin star restaurant I advise going to this truck if you are in Maui very fresh food.

Great food, wow! Was reluctant to order sushi from a food truck… BUT saw the fish slabs on google maps AND more often than not making sushi in my experience full slabs are not to be expected… hamachi is a personal fave. Kaya had excellent; fresh, rich and amazing hamachi. It was enough for me to know they are the REAL deal. Delicious, fresh, sushi— even 30 mins before closing. Loved it! My wife got a spicy tuna roll and crab ragoon. It was $30 but she said it was the best roll she’s ever had. Thought it wouldn’t be enough food but it was plenty. The crab ragoon was average. We are use to more breading which I’m sure is not what people like. It was light and filling. Just lacked a little flavor....
