Ordered from here yesterday (Thursday 12/30) just before they were closing because the pizza wait at the time we were ordering was about an hour. We are patient people, not like the rude mob of tourists that were complaining they ordered on-line and received and email saying their pizza was ready. The poor girl told us she was new to the job earlier so that could be the confusion. A rude customer raised his voice at her asking why they didn't have an order ready for him when he placed it online. In her defense (because the guy was so loud half the food court heard) they don't have a pick up time for his order. We didn't have that problem when we came back up and ordered and the wait was 30mins, but our pizza was brought out in 13min. Read moreHere’s what you need to know: it’s not perfect by any means. But they work hard, they make a pretty enjoyable pizza, and they are local small business. Yes, the ordering process is confusing and runs people off, but we simply ordered using the screen and returned in 25 minutes for our pizza. Yes, we waited to get somebody attention in the back kitchen through a closed window to identify we were there but the whole country is suffering from staff shortages.
Bottom line is that while efficiency needs help and they need a cashier (that won’t be nearly as tough or expensive as getting trained kitchen staff) at the front of house to educate people on ordering via the tablet and coordinate with the kitchen.

No issue placing my order on line. 30 min later, got an email that my order was ready. Upon pick up, was told I used the wrong ordering system, and my order was canceled but refunded.
