The store is beautiful, I love shopping there whenever we’re on the island. However, this past visit was a different experience… I found the manger to be incredibly unkind and accusatory. I bought a $30 toy for my toddler, upon returning home to play with it half of the pieces were missing. I took it back later that day wanting to exchange the toy for one that had all of the pieces … which is absolutely in my right as the consumer. I didn’t check the box prior to leaving the store as the box was sealed, I assumed the pieces were there. When I took it back to exchange I felt as though the manager was accusing me of loosing the pieces or lying about the fact that they were missing. I was the only person in line when this ordeal started, when the line built up behind me I was told I had to wait until everyone else has been helped before she could help me because I didn’t have my receipt (I wasn’t given one…). Once the manager found my transaction she exchanged the toy but the whole thing was embarrassing and I was made to feel like I had done something when really it was the stores fault … I was expecting at some point someone would apologize for selling me a toy that was missing most of the pieces. I’ve worked in retail before and when you sell a faulty product to a consumer typically you apologize for the inconvenience. I have bought many things at this store over the years but sadly I will not be...

In general the store was very nice and displayed beautiful products. One of the ladies was so friendly but a blonde lady who must have been having a bad day because she followed my sister and i around the outdoor shopping area to approach us because she thought we had stole a bar of soap and earrings. It was a nice try for her to assume but she must have overlooked my Gucci bag and golden goose shoes. And my sister or I would never steal and I know it was a wrong assumption but it was really embarrassing to be approached in public like that. I hope she felt stupid for following two little girls around only to discover they were carrying a paper bad with stickers PURCHASED not stolen from...

What a wonderful experience shopping here. Bo went above & beyond to get me ready for my luau event. I needed a beautiful, island style dress & she was so great in setting me up for a beautiful night. I walked out wearing the slip, the dress, & the shoes and went straight to the luau. I will always be forever grateful for Bo’s help that day. It was a frustrating shopping day at that mall with shop owners more concerned about their business aspects of the boutiques, then helping the customer.
