Always order from this location and never had a problem so when I ordered tonight and received my order almost 30 mins after the driver had left the location and I still tip him and the as we began to eat our wings I bit into it and there was a hair wrapped around it... so I called to inform them of the issue and they told that they would replace them I just had to send back the remaining wings and i was fine with that then the girl on the line said she had to speak to her manager first it see what they could do to resolve the issue after the fact of saying she would replace them... Then the manager gets on the phone with a rude attitude saying that no one that works there has blonde hair and I told her well i don’t either i have long black hair and she said demanding “Give me my Wings back!” And I was like well how long is it going to take for the replacement since I had made my order at 8:30pm and didn’t receive it until about 9:30pm and I was already feeling upset about her attitude towards me because it was awful and unprofessional... I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again... I called at 9:55pm to left them know and she said it would take 10 mins for replacement and it is now 10:25pm and I’m still waiting for the replacement.... unbelievable as this was supposed to be my kids dinner...
Update: worst experience ever!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!! They were arguing with my over my complaint and saying that i had to bring the food back for an exchange when I had already informed the manager that I didn’t drive as to the reason why I ordered for delivery and not carry out... and she just kept yelling at me to bring her...

Domino's is close to where I live, based on my experience before this should be good, i thought .The afternoon manager on Friday customer service is HORRIBLE! I asked about the specials and the energy was HORRIBLE! I ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings for 19.83, I thought about what she said although I did not want two pizzas, I canceled the original order and got 2 for 24 with 3 toppings. I was told by that manager the first order would cancel and the money would go back to the card no later than 5 days. Today I went and that same manager is there, I said the money was not returned. She said "go to your bank and dispute it". The bank worker told me my card would get turned off and I would have to wait for a new card. I went back and told that manager she said although she remembered me "that the system does not go that far back" "dispute it with your bank". She could have refunded the amount or give me a pizza that I paid for. Either option is fair. I asked for the number to corporate she said "I don't know it, it should be on your receipt. Not only did I not get my money, her HORRIBLE customer service did not offer a pizza. I work with customers on a regular basis and I would NEVER treat a customer with so much DISRESPECT and inconvenience. Either more training is needed or she does NOT work with the public. Read moreWorst customer service ever. Ordered a pizza that was done incorrectly and one of the young girls who was really nice told me my pizza would be redone. As she was leaving her shift, she came up to my car and told me that the guy in there will be bringing my pizza out as soon as it’s ready. She told him the situation and he would handle it. I waited outside another 20 minutes for them to remake didn’t realize it was taking too long. So I went inside only to find out my pizza has been sitting there the whole time. This gentleman plays so dumb like he doesn’t know what’s going on rather than take a that he messed up and didn’t do like he said he was going to do and bring my pizza out. That young girl had no reason to lie. He said his name was Oscar (where is braces) but I don’t know for sure. I asked him did he know who I was talking about but again he plays like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about and then tells me I’m doing too much, and that he clearly does not care.
