I had the worst experience, that I have ever had a restaurant here. I ordered a large Supreme pizza and some wings. First, they did not show me the pizza when they brought it to me, and second, when I called to let them know it wasn't a large pizza and it wasn't done. Mind you, I spent $45.00 on pizza and wings. Dominic said rudely, "Why didn't you say anything when you were here?".. He has the absolute worst attitude, and his customer service is trash. He got loud on the phone with me and hung up in my face. When I showed up back at Pizza Hut, they told me the manager was not there, and they needed to take my number down so the manager could call me. The shift supervisor never came to talk to me, but stood there and talked to Dominic as if i wasnt there, even though I was asking to speak with her. The only time she came to the front was when my Mom and I asked for a refund. It was literally the worst customer service interaction I have ever had. I don't know why they would have someone employed at their reastaunt who has no type of customer skills. He was rude and does not need to be working with the public. Read moreToday, March 26, I went to pick up my order around 1 PM. I arrived at the store at 12:40 PM and waited for a while. I said “Hello,” but no one came to the counter. So, I went back to my car for a moment and then re-entered the store. Again, I said “Hello,” but no one responded. After about 7-8 minutes, a lady came out with my pizza and handed it to me without saying anything.
I understand that the staff might have been busy, possibly handling many orders alone. However, I’d like to suggest a few things for better customer service: • Even if the staff is busy, a simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would make a big difference. • If staffing is an issue, management should consider providing additional support. • No matter how stressful the situation is, maintaining a polite attitude toward customers is important.

Read moreThe manager by the name of liva was very rude and unprofessional with me today over a phone number associated with the account ,there are many ways to verify if im the person that purchased the pizzas , for example a ID , Payment method , order number etc , she insisted only with the phone number i told her it was a family account in the app and that i had done the order and was showing her in my phone. She tried to humiliate me , she treated me as if i was triyng to steal the food , she does not deserve to be a manager if she is showing anger in her eyes asking for a number , i let her know i had never been treated that way at any other location and she responded its protocol i need to follow , i totally understand that but i did not know the phone number.
