This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. On 2/12/22 at roughly around 2:30pm, I walk into arby’s and I see maybe one table in there and one person through the drive through. I thought I came in at a good time… boy was I wrong. The guy with a camo mask stood up there, not saying one word. Not a “hi how can I help?” “Or how’s your day going.” Nothing. He stood up there and stared at me. He spoke very quietly and didn’t even tell me the total of my meal. I waited 15 minutes for two items. I asked for ranch and he kind of “threw” the ranch on my tray. This team looks like they hate there job, hate the people and all in all, just there for a paycheck. I work in the industry I know it’a hard.
Another thing, I was disgusted by, was how dirty everything was. They had paper bags and food on the kitchen floor. The dining room hadn’t been swept, almost in hours. All the tables had food on them and none of them had been wiped, it reeked of garbage. The soda taste very stale. This is not the only location I have found to be an absolute disappointment! BOTH CDA locations treat people with utter disrespect. I think it’s important for your employees to show some sort of respect for the people that are coming in to give YOU business.

Read moreNormally Arby’s is our favorite fast food. We went here when we were out of town. Waited over 40 minutes in line to reach the order box. We were informed they were OUT OF ROAST BEEF!! So much for your slogan “we have the meats”. That’s like IHOP being out of pancakes! We ended up ordering fish sandwiches. Got to the window (going on 50 minutes now) and we’re told that we needed to pull forward to the back and they’d bring it out, the fish was still frozen. I kid you not, 20 minutes later I had to call inside to find out where our food was. She said it was ready and they were coming out. I told her exactly what our vehicle was and it had a Washington license plate. 13 minutes later exactly my husband had to get out of the vehicle and hunt down our food. The employee was running around the entire parking lot with our food asking random cars if it was theirs! Then we opened the fish and what the hell is going on. The fish was so tough you couldn’t rip it. The lettuce shreds were slimy. It had one tiny dot of tartar in the middle of giant dried out buns. There was no way we were getting in that drive through line again. We fed them to the dog and went to another...

But that right there makes me want a refund for my drink cuz I'm not going to drink anything then standing around waiting I noticed the fry lady without any gloves on touch her nose and pick it twice run her hand through her hair touch her hand on her side and then on the side of her face and then she runs a bag outside and then comes back inside and starts grabbing fries again the lady running food to the windows touching her face and her nose a couple of times and running it all the while nobody is watching their nasty hands. So at this point I asked for a full refund told the manager why and left with one customer that was their previously having been there for 25 minutes already so that's like what 45 minute wait she's had to wait for her food.
