Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hayden

Very disappointed in this experience overall. I completely understand that business get busy unexpectedly but the way this was handle was horrific. Trying to be as patient t as I can, I called in regards to my online order that I had been waiting for over 1.5 hours for (quoted 20-30 mins), I was told that my order was next to be delivered. I waited an additional 30 mins before calling the store again. Then I expressed my frustrations ( as I would have not ordered if I was aware it was going to be such a long wait. Thinking it was only going to be 30-45 mins max via what the app quoted me.) and all the manger could do was offer me a free 2-liter. I denied this “discount” after being told my food was on its way (I’ve waited long enough, might as well wait 5 more minutes) then received a texts saying my order has been canceled. I called the store for the 3rd time to explain that I still wanted the food and the manger seemed too busy and dismantled to really care about my frustrations. He explained he would get the food out. After over 2 hours I received my COLD FOOD. When I ordered I put in the delivery notes that I did not want anyone to knock or ring doorbell because I have people sleeping in house( I even chose contactless deliver). When it was delivered they knocked very loudly to and woke up baby. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but after this very negative experience I’ve had it just adds to it. Very frustrated with how this whole situation...

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. The staff at this location is very improfessional and rude. Also asked to speak to a manager and received a disrespectful person who supposedly was the store manager at the moment who was very short and nasty to me and didn't handle the situation... the girl I spoke to before hung up on me when a kindly requested a refund after I told then my pizza said it was delivered and they just told me it was sitting at the store then an hour later with nothing I called again and they said my apartment number wasn't on it so I went back to double check my order address and it was. So the whole situation was just very improfesionaly...

Exactly the consistent pizza you would expect from dominoes. Only problem is they’re new out of the country phone line. Way too many unnecessary questions and misunderstandings. So hard to communicate and ends in frustration every time, takes forever. I now ask for the direct store number, but the out of county line now is demanding to know reasons for this and attempts to dissuade before connecting. Today I didn’t feel like once again giving a reason so I repeated my self calmly after being asked 5 times the reason before I was finally connected with a polite employee. Such a hassle to do something that should be the easiest...
