This location is wildly inconsistent with their sandwiches. My sandwiches come wrong more often than they come correct. My last sandwich arrived perfect and just how I ordered it. However, the one today was missing two ingredients - leaving it lacking flavor. They often leave off standard ingredients (like the bacon that is supposed to be on the #16 which makes me wonder if they purposely do this to cut costs), and sometimes even add things which aren't even supposed to be on what I order (which is scary if you have food allergies!) I have called, I have reached out to corporate. I even stopped ordering for a long time. However, yet again my sandwich came wrong. They won't refund your money if the sandwich is wrong so you either have to wait for them to remake and deliver it or you have to hang onto a sandwich credit until you decide to try them again. I honestly just stopped calling every time it's wrong (as long as it's safe for me to eat). I just eat it wrong and don't enjoy it as much. I don't want to wait another 30 minutes for a sandwich. Having food allergies, this is one place I wish I could trust to get my food right. It's one of the few places that delivers and leaves me with several options. But I am giving up on this Jimmy Johns.
Now I will say that their delivery drivers have always been very friendly. So that's a big plus! It's the only redeeming quality of...
Read moreIf I have driven past Jimmy Johns once, I have driven past a thousand times. But I first ventured into the Hayden location last week while waiting for my tires to be checked at Discount Tire (great place!) To my dismay, the staff was very rude and unwelcoming. After all the commercials and advertising claiming fast, friendly service, the people working here could not be further from that description. There were four employees leaning at the front register with no customers ordering, yet I was not greeted when I walked in. They just stared at me, waiting for me to initiate an order. When I asked how their day was going, one girl rolled her eyes, notioned toward the lobby, and said they were slow. Despite my hunger and excitement to finally be trying a famous Jimmy Johns sub, I ended up leaving without ordering because I was so turned off by the attitudes here. Everyone is allowed bad days, so I will try again on a different day or maybe a different location and am hopeful it will make for a better...
Read moreThey don't let you substitute meat like any other sandwich chain does I ran into the owner I think he said his name was Ben came off as pretty arrogant I ordered a number nine and just wanted to substitute the nasty capicola for some salami and they said they can't do that the employees were all high school kids which is okay it's a fast food restaurant but they all kept worrying about some guy I overheard them talking about called a auditor not sure who they are but it seems they really worry about what they say and do around them it was kind of sad to see them all acting like robots because said auditor was there I prefer Jimmy John's over Subway because I like the fresh cut meat and veggies and such but I also like being able to substitute my whatever it is for a different meat also as I was leaving one of the delivery drivers swept out of there and cut me off it was aggravating but I realized they probably work for the tips and don't get paid enough to have that job so I guess I...
