Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Heber

The Heber location has seriously gone to hell since the remodel. The customer service is terrible. The quote times are excessively inaccurate. The pizzas look like y’all throw them together carelessly and half the time topping are either missing or wrong. Looking at the countertops where pizzas are made, there is a lot of waisted product that I’m sure is hurting your inventory. Very disappointing, I ordered online and my address was confirmed on the store website, but when the order flipped to doordash, doordash put the order to a different location in the area. I tried to call the store to cancel the delivery and I would just pick up but they couldn't do that. So then I tried to call doordash to no answer, then I even tried to text the dasher and call him but no answer. I even edited and put directions in the box but still nothing. Ordered online pizza and it was great service but sad that we were 30 minutes late because of personal reasons but the people who had to work and wait on us to pick up because we thought we had until 8 but they really closed at 7 because the online said 7 and not would have changed it for me personally and the workers waiting for us for half hour. I'm so happy they waited for us to show up for our online order paid but I would have figured out something to help get those workers...
