Taco Bell — Restaurant in Heber

This is my to go to place, I always get vegetarian style tacos and normally I do that during the early afternoon and it’s always great.

Tonight I ordered a black bean chalupa/cheesy fiesta potatoes/cheesy gordita crunch taco with pinto beans.

Outside of the regular times I go I decided to go between 11:30pm-11:45pm on September 4th (Wednesday) and ya this hurts to write. They didn’t have a lot of black beans left which was ok I didn’t mind and I got a second taco with pinto beans instead of black beans. I finished the chalupa and The cheesy fiesta potatoes with no problem, however when I was towards the end of my cheesy gordita crunch taco I felt something.

I started to have a tickle in my throat that wouldn’t go away and something tickling my tongue at the same time and I thought it could just be a piece of lettuce that was just stringy. I reached into my mouth and found the stringy piece and pulled it out. I wasn’t prepared however to feel this string come out of my throat and mouth and take with it pieces of my food stuck to it. I laid it out on my wrapper thinking it was odd and I shined my light on it. That’s when I realized I was wrong, because it was a medium/long light brown or light orange-ish hair.

My hair is black and dark. I pulled a hair from my head just to make sure it couldn’t have been mine or that I wasn’t just imagining it. Well you can see the difference and how it’s wrapped in the food.

Once I did the comparison (my fingers holding my hair across the hair I found in pictures included show darkness differences) and realized it did not belong to me I ran to the bathroom and vomited not knowing if I had already swallowed some in previous bites. (In the pictures you can see where it starts on the left and ends on the right on a piece of lettuce)

I’ve never had a problem here and I prefer it more than most of the options we have in Heber. This makes me very hesitant to ever come back. Like I said before, I normally go during the early afternoon but since they were opened late and it had been a long day I just decided to go.

I don’t want a refund and I don’t want the food replaced I just didn’t want that experience. My review is for the closing shift not the day shift but still I don’t think I’d go back for a while or at all regardless of the time of day.

I did go within 30 mins of closing so maybe people were just eager to get home and maybe didn’t use a hair net or honestly I just don’t have a clue.

All I know is I got a hair in my food and the hair is not my color and that just feels terrible inside. I hope I can trust to go back at some point but not in the...

So, apparently whoever owns this Taco Bell thinks its funny to let the staff do whatever they want. Pulled up at 10:03pm and they already have the sign and outside lights off but there are two people at the drive thru window and a lobby full of people. I sit at the sign and they don't even have the decency to tell me their closed or even turn on the automatic closed message. I get out to go inside to find out why and a employee having a smoke outside said they were closed but refused to tell me why they were closing, TWO HOURS BEFORE ADVERTISED! BY THE BIG SIGN IN THE WINDOW THATS SAYS "DRIVE THRU OPEN TILL MIDNIGHT"!

Aside from always feeling like they are understaffed, they are constantly run out of ingredients, take long to make anything fresh on the KFC side and as of recently, you'll be lucky for them to have ice for your drinks in the drive thru. Not sure what's going on in the managment side of this place, but they need some new management, FAST! Corporate will hear about it this time....

I came here with my brother for a quick lunch, I ordered inside cause we wanted to sit down. As we sat there we watched order after order get filled for people who came in after us. I finally get up and complain. They quickly try to make it right. But because of the time we had to wait I had to get back to work so I took my food. Only to open the box and realize it’s the wrong order completely. They are incompetent. They prioritize drive thru over inside customers and I will never step foot inside this decrepit disgusting horrendous restaurant again. Never had more terrible service. They acted annoyed when I said I hadn’t received my food. Everyone’s heads are up their butts at this stupid restaurant. And all the tables...
